| So Peter Ratri ended up killing himself. That surprised me. Well, it's finally over. Not too sure what to think of it. It's definitely a downgrade from the first season. If there was something good I have to say is the OP/ED and the fact that everyone made it to the human world. |

| This season has been a massive disappointment. They made what Tokyo Ghoul did look great. They mismatched everything from the manga and skipped very important scenes. I had hope that there would be a season 3 because Emma didn't go to the human world, but they just skip everything. I wouldn't be mad if there was another season because they could have explained a lot. We don't learn about the Demon royalty until the very end and we miss a great fight scene with them. The promise isn't explained and they just show it passingly in the time skip flash scenes. I honestly don't know what else to say but I want Promise Neverland Brotherhood and I recommend everyone who is anime only to try the manga. This show just felt rushed and end abruptly |
| Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, somehow it did. The last few episodes have been terrible, but this just took the cake. The animation throughout this episode was almost non-existent, culminating in a slideshow that glossed over a whole bunch of things that really should have gotten a whole season on their own. Saving the other farms, forging the new Promise with Mr. Scribble (who wasn't even really introduced, which would likely be confusing to anime-only viewers), and deposing the Queen, all of which was just summarised in a quick slideshow. Really? I guess we have a new Any% Revolutionise the World Speedrun record. It was odd how Emma kind of contradicted herself, too. She convinced with the Mothers to convince them not to stay behind and write their wrongs, and then she just did the same thing herself. Plus, there were so many plot points they just completely forgot about. The writing in the bunker, presumably left by Yugo? Completely irrelevant. Sonju wanting to eat humans again? They could easily have excluded that line, but for some reason they just wanted to introduce another plot hole by keeping it in. The cure for Lambda gang's big brain disease? They must have just cured themselves off screen at some point. How Vincent is somehow fine, despite going straight to the human world without ever grabbing the cure first, will never be explained though, I suppose. Well, at least Ratri's knife was clean as a whistle after so violently slitting his throat was pretty funny. |

| Yo they really just said “here are some still images for 2 minutes, just ✨conclude✨ what happens, ✨think for yourselves✨” They could have just ended it with them all going to the human world. Would have made me give them a better score. But this asspull in the last few minutes really made me laugh out loud. Really managed to make it so much WORSE than the manga. Good job, really outdid themselves 🤠 It’s like they wanted to end it, after they went through the gate, but remembered “yo oh shit, we forgot to do that thing!!! The noble demons, the Queen and like shiiit the promise!! The freaking mass production kids too! Shiiiiitttttt!!! Let’s just speedrun it with a few images and include characters they’ve never seen before!r” ??? I thought the point of them leaving those plot points out in the first place was because they wanted to have an ANIME ORIGINAL ENDING?? And idk about u guys, but I thought this is an ANIME, not colored manga panels with music put over them. Cloverworks really gave up huh. In this season alone, there was barely any movement at all. They either stood around and talked or sat down and talked. Nothing happened. I can’t even be mad anymore. I gave up since the episode where mister didn't appear, but man they managed to disappoint me even further :/ All in all, 4/10. Would have given 5 if it wasn’t for the slideshow at the end. Only thing noteworthy is the opening, absolute banger! |

You've done nothing this entire show.It's because I'm alive that I can atone for my sins Why the fuck did Ratri kill himself and why did the knife have no blood when he did lmao And just like that they're all free. Magic FTW But wait... maybe this show could redeem itself with the plotline of freeing all those other- NOPE. INSTEAD, WE'RE JUST GONNA TIMESKIP RIGHT THROUGH THAT Then some shit with Mujika becoming queen or whatever and Emma becomes a lesbian with her idk and at this point it's the least of my concerns so I'm not even gonna question it. This is the worst ending that I have ever seen. The worst part is that there were so many chances for redemption that were all BLOWN. What a joke. |

| gotta love how PN just turned into a series of plot convivences for Emma. Norman is basically dead to me as a character, and so is Ray. They just went along with what she wanted, no questions asked. Emma became just became a Mary Sue. Awful. Fucking awful. Somehow even worse than that clusterfuck of a manga ending. Two years of waiting, and this is what we get. Nice. I don't want to seem egotistical, but it seems like the only people who like this season/ending are casual anime fans, or 11 year old girls just getting into anime that don't know what good writing is. At least Wonder Egg Priority is rightly becoming the more popular Cloverworks series this season. |

| The montage at the end was from a technical point of view very nice. The music in it was amazing. And... That's it. there was nothing else good. They said not to compare this to the manga cause it's original, but 90% of the season was exactly like the manga. Not only that, but what they did was taking out all the good parts and emphasizing on the parts where ppl complaind about in the manga. This made me come to an important conclusion: The whole 2nd season was revenge from the original author cause ppl complained to much about the manga. After the anime, ppl opinion of the manga has risen, so he succeded |

| Damn this shit sucked. We saw a lot of pictures at the end, I guess those pictures were meant to show them get into the human world, get used to that life and live happily. |

| Well that was a pretty shoddy ending for a pretty shoddy season. The finale plays out with the younger kids entering the portal and then fast forwarding to them growing up, whilst the older kids stay in the other world to save more kids. Then in the ending scene (I use scene lightly as the ending sequence was basically a slideshow) we see the older kids meet up with the younger kids in the human world. At least it was conclusive though for the series, since pm no one wanted a season 3. |

And WTF with that yuri ending?!?! I could understand why the author wanted to cut some parts of the manga for this adaptation but this is just... Somehow this is even worst than the Tokyo Ghoul adaptations. |

I mean the fucking author skipped the 100 chapters it should have took to actually progress through everything in that slide show. What a disaster. | I never knew that Tokyo Ghoul was having another season... Oh, wrong show, my bad. What the flying fuck... What was the damn point of having a The Promised Neverland adaptation in the first place? To get THIS? I'm not even going to go into detail talking about this sorry excuse of an adaptation. A manga that, imo wasn't overly amazing, but had some pretty complex story and many great arcs that were basically ignored, arcs that contained major revelations about the universe of The Promised Neverland and also its characters. It hurts to see a really good manga adapted this way. Now that my small rant has been said, i just want to say that the word most fitting to describe this second season is horrible. 8/10 for the 1st season, 2/10 for... this |
