| Fyodor is back! As much as I like Dazai, I won't lie and say I didn't enjoy watching him get shot. I'm fucking sick, man. And I honestly, don't care. Awesome episode as usual and I'm excited for the next one. |

| I'm really disappointed in Chuuya, I wonder if he really understands the will of his boss. If the Detective Agency is decimated, the Port Mafia will have to face a threat large enough to challenge both organisations at the same time time. Why does he think his Boss ruled against hostilities to the Agency right now? The protection of this city comes before anything else, even before the organisation head's life. Second thing, does he really think it's a good idea to gather all of the Port Mafia's force in a single place? I expected more of the Boss's successor, hasn't he taught him anything? I'm starting to think that Fyodor isn't really all that smart, it's just that everyone else is kind of dumb. People who supposedly survived in a dog-eat-dog cutthroat world for so long allow random people to enter their personal space completely unguarded? Same goes for the Agency's boss. Seriously, if it's not Dazai, I guess that the agency is doomed IQ-wise. |

But geez, Fyodor really planned out everything and even Dazai is down when he is needed the most. Geez, so both groups will really fight each other? They will really be played under Fyodor's hands. | So, the show just changed from colorful to a darker tone, I know Fyodor did that cause he wants to generate a conflict between the mafia and the detectives, but just face each other is stupid, I mean, that’s what he wants, find them weak she he can just overwhelm them. The results between Akutagawa and Nathaniel’s fight weren’t shown, I hope Nathaniel’s character has not been thrown overboard. I felt bad for Dazai and then I remembered he wants to die, so maybe he would be glad if that bullet killed him. I think this is not gonna end in conflict, I trust Kunikida’s will. |

| Great episode. I think the book everyone is searching for is the manga the anime is based on. So from the point of view of the anime/manga it is a meta-book. While it didn't look like a typical manga volume it had the title "Stray Dogs", which is as clear as it gets. Dazai also said that it is "A piece of literature wherein whatever is written becomes reality", which applies to the manga as well. In this episode we also found out (perhaps to the great surprise of many) that Dazai is not bulletproof after all! He is just constantly enveloped in a "plot force field" (instead of the traditional plot armor) that makes it impossible for any bullet to reach his body unless the plot (and/or himself) requires it; in this episode his plot force field was temporarily deactivated because he needed to be shot. Dazai also seems to be aware of this force field, which is why he never cares to dodge or take cover from bullets, no matter the number of shooters and how close they are. I was surprised to learn that he knows about the book. One possibility is that Dazai himself has (or has access to) the meta-book and he has written in it "No bullet is to hit me unless I want to", thus creating the "plot force field" himself. That would make Dazai a meta-character (one in bed with the manga's writer Kafka Asagiri, similar to the novel puzzle Poe earlier made) who knows that he is not real but just a character in an anime/manga, which would also explain his pseudo-suicidal tendencies. Perhaps that's why he said "Go ahead, give it a try" to Fyodor, knowing that he can never erase the gifts of the Gifted. It would also explain how Dazai can (unreasonably and implausibly) often see so many steps ahead of his opponents; he just reads a few pages ahead. By the way, I doubt Fyodor told the two teams the truth about how that viral ability works. Most likely the lives of the two bosses are connected and if one dies the other will die as well. Fyodor is a master of lies and manipulation after all, as we saw earlier in episode 4 how easily he took out Ace. |

| Didn't understand what Dazai meant when he talked about Port Mafia doing the first move, like how did that mask guy have any impact on them. Still nice episode, seems like the final arc starts now. |

| Silly Elise-chan for putting some juice in order to feed mister car, well can't blame the adorable kid. With Fukuzawa's life on the line, Dazai heavily injured and Port maffia ready to attack them any second, I'm curious to see how the team (especially Rampo) will handle the situation. |

| Damn what a tense plot, so this power is basically like Ebola where they would die in 48h but that link function is making even worse as they need to kill the other infected one to save their boss, which is basically forcing a huge Agency vs Mafia fight against, but without Dazai and Ranpo this time :S |
