| This anime is so cliche, it's so good again. Glad I stick to this. Really "Underdog" / underrated series! For the second time ever I don't mind them pulling some Resurrection or Deus Ex Machina on us, since Clannad. |

| If only Garo has consistently good episode just like this one. This anime show is probably one of the most inconsistent anime I have ever watched in term of quality. Please let the rest of this season be good. Anyway, I do not think Lara is dead. Maybe she is just unconscious because of her injury? |

| Argh! What a cruel and tragic episode. Even the dog... Did they really have to go back for the damn rice?! Based on last week's preview, I had a feeling something was up, but the ED picture of Lara and Leon made me think otherwise. At least, I wanted to think otherwise... Kind of pisses me off, honestly, because I thought the whole point was that Leon finally found someone to protect. She'd be his motivation from now on, and she'd help him get out of his funk. But now that she's dead, he may just go on another revenge trip. I just wanted her to live damn it! ;_; |

| Now more than ever can i say this....this show is a classic in the making, It has been a long time since i have been this thrown off guard by an episode, every time i thought i knew where this series was going its completely destroyed my expectations in an instant and this episode was one of the hardest emotional kicks ive seen in a long long LONG time. I'm just speechless at this episode. Also even though i threw this idea around around episode 12 in the discussions where is aid the show would either go leon as a horror as its route or leon redeeming himself, but i started to doubt the leon becoming a horror theory after recent episodes and was adoring his redemption development.....but now it looks like i was a little too right originally and we got a tragic version of both, he seemed like he really was becoming a horror near the end before lara called out to him. |

| I know the seeds mean everything to you, but why did you have to run back jii-san??? T_T And of course this all had to happen in the same episode where Leon talks to Alfonso and has finally found something he wants to protect. Just too tragic. But we all knew Leon had to go back, and this had to happen as his trigger. Still, this episode hurt. |

| Expecting for the writers to surprise me and the reason they kept Rara body's "intact" (unlike her family that there were only shadows left) would serve a good purpose other than making more dramatic and painful that scene. Otherwise, I think Leon would make a nice antihero fighting everyone else. |

| If Mendoza can be alive, I don't see why Lara can't, but, we'll have to wait until the next episode to see if she's really dead or just passed out. Also, the BGM during the Horror battle had a similar sound like the one from Evangelion. |

| DAMN WTF WHY DO PEOPLE NEVER LISTEN. The dog was sad enough already D: Why did they have to destroy the fucking happy end like that. I don't want to see Leon as knight again. He fucking sucked during the first half of the anime. This ending would have been so much better for him. But NO - they have to fucking kill it. I mean I didn't expect Leon to stay there anyway but neither did I expect Lara and her family to die. That just sucks. Man now Leon becomes a knight again -.- And I even have to bear with it for another 7 episodes. Why couldn't they just continue with Alfonso... Now they just need to kill Ximena and/or Leons father to annihilate any possibility of this anime having enjoyable final episodes (they were close to it anyway. I was surprised she survived the previous episode) edit: On a sidenote where was Ema all this time? Her appearances were few already but she appeared even less than in the beginning and that's a shame. |

Alfonso and Leon's reunion was really nicely done! Can't wait to see what happens from here on out, because it seems like both boys have really hit a brick wall!! |
| I really think Lara just fainted and didn't die. - Her head didn't fall back when we sow them from the side and Leon wasn't holding her head up. - Also in the "next episode" think when Leon carries her it's once again not show as her being completely limb. - The final picture of the ending is Leon wearing his new outfit and protecting Lara...but if Laras death triggered his new gear and resolve then that picture doesn't make as much sense ( unless Lara becomes the Symbol of things to protect ) - Lara is on the poster for the 2nd season. :P I mean I sow the family dieing a mile away. Leon is the MC and he needed incentive to not sit on his ass. But killing only the family and having Lara travel around with him would have made more then enough sense. |

I guess I didn't notice that either before. But I think second season poster is the strongest indicator. One more possible answer I can come up with is that she does die but the revive her some way. It might be a problematic way that makes more plot for the future or whatever. But I don't think that the "she is just dead and Leon is completely fine and mentally and emotionally stable now" would work at all and the "Revenge 2.0" would be kinda boring ( and his new withe gear and stuff wouldn't reflect that either ). Let's just say I'm not yet convinced. |
