| Ugh Sinon should've just shot him while he was talking which would have been more realistic and a bit of a surprise. Hope they just get over this GGO arc already, very disappointed. Expectations for upcoming episodes: They better not drag it out longer than this |
| And anime secondaries are still b itching about pacing. The pacing is good. The pacing is as needed - when everything is adapted correctly, fights and victories FEEL EARNED. And, again, SAO is not really an action show. Its a psychological scifi/thriller which focuses more on character reactions and interactions, not mindless fighting. My first response to this episode: Stuff finally happened in this episode. Shots were fired. Monologues were recited. Asuna was as annoying as ever. The only thing missing was Sinon's ass. Hopefully next week is the conclusion to this arc or at least the fight with Death Gun. |

| This was goddamn good, especially that bullet scene. It was already epic in LN, but animation took it to a whole other level. Though I usually tend to look over plot holes this season might have, there is that one scene which is bugging me. Previously when Death Gun missed Kirito we saw building or whatever it is come down, which suggests how much force it had. But when DG shot at Sinon, bullet barely managed to destroy scope. It should have destroyed scope along with Sinon's head. |

| Reminded me of Bleach, where enemies of Ichigo must not only endure his blade strikes, but his lengthy philosophical rants of having resolve... 3/5 for me. At least Sinon wasn't lying in Kirito-kun's lap the entire episode, whining about her patheticness... |

| Damn, such intensity for meeting with Death Gun. Kirito mostly loses his guard down since he still have that fear inside of him. Now its going to be a lot of intense for next episode. It felt weird that Asuna is reaching to Kirito in the hospital just like Kirito reaching out to Asuna from the previous season. |

One would think a sword like that shouldn't stand a chance against a fucking lightsaber , but whatever, I still have hopes for a nice fight in next episode. |

Estoc is a medieval european stabbing sword. Its essentially a predecessor of a rapier(the type of weapon Asuna uses) |

| Is Kirito's fear and inability to remember or know Death Gun's old name distracting him from counter-attacking or is Death Gun's Estoc simply that good against Kirito's light saber? I just find not knowing Death Gun's old name is advantageous towards him during this situation a bit ridiculous.... |

| 5/5 episode. Loved it :D This is really small issue but... Funimation fucked up the translation with the final scentence. "It's supposed to be made of a space battleship's armor" When he actually questions that shortly later laughing at the claim itself.. Instead of "It's supposed" i would have used more stronger expression since it sounded more like "who the fuck came up with that / What's that supposed to mean / Whats with that".. |

| SAO II up to this episode is really great but Asuna keeps bothering me, I mean why did she head to the hospital ? that won't change anything. Yui, that bitch, I hate when she says papa and mama referring to Kirito and Asuna, that really makes me sick :D Anyway, so Kirito can't remember DG's real name because he actually didn't tell him about it, good to know that Kirito isn't a monster. |

| My god, another 10 minutes wasted in that cave, plus the "fight" was mostly trash talk from Kirito and DG. This show is the exact opposite of Tokyo Ghoul, not sure whether for better or for worse. 3/5, i'm hoping the GGO arc gets resolved soon. |

Death Gun and Sinon destroyed each other's scopes without harming the sniper. Oh no, Death Gun stabbed Kirito twice? Where's Kirito's badass side now? Plot Twist: Kirito doesn't even know Death Gun's name, so of course he wouldn't remember. Hmm, Kirito will most likely beat Death Gun, but there's still the real world threat of Death Gun being in Sinon's room. |
