| the ammount of "hero" they said a span of 20 minutes holy shit😭😭 and its still the FIRST episode cant wait to reach the 1k word count by the last ep op and animation is SICK i like how they do the fire a lot, considering how its one of the main themes of this show its great to see it done well. story and characters are Eh nothing to say abt them pretty basic BUT toned girl !!! love to see a toned girl and isn't treated only as a joke. also looking forward to seeing shinra smile genuinely o/ |
| Been putting this on the back burner for a while, but the time has come to watch the adaptation of the current big shonen Ookubo made. For a first ep this was absolutely phenomenal, I may not have read the manga, so I have no video of how faithful of an adaptation this first ep was, but seeing the production quality alone. I am awed as I should be. The animation is smooth, the visuals are vibrant with some distinctive design language Ookubo has in his art style, the sound production is top tier, both in the OST and the sound effects. OP was absolutely lit with the intense pace and action sequence being part of the OP's visuals while the ED contrasted that with a lower toned atmosphere, and melody. Both of which are immensely memorable even from the first ep alone. Sound fx as I mentioned is oooooh eargasmic, David Production implemented what they've done in Jojo into this series and it's fantastic, the bass hits harder than a bus. Can't say much about the character or the story, although the brief glimpses of Shinra's backstory and his motivation/goals are clearly outlined, ofc many more information will be revealed but as a first ep, this seems wonderfully done! Best of all, I've got literally 2 whole seasons to watch, HELL YEAH!!! |

| Should've started this earlier, though well... unfortunately a day is just 24 hours. Interesting concept with fire fighters, and in all honesty even with the all battle-shounen exclusive, "I want to a hero" start, the episode felt solid, with the art and animation being the proper standout. Not much to say about characters this early, but atleast there wasn't anyone annoying. Also these girls are damn hot. Looking forward to binge these four cours. |

| This series has a very unique start, I have to say. Can't say I'm seeing how this series is gonna go, though. The start's not perfect either, but it seems interesting enough. I also like how Shinra has the condition of smiling out of nowhere, even if he's not even doing it intentionally.  |

| I've had this on my PTW for what feels like centuries at this point and I still have no idea why I even put it there. But regardless, I enjoyed the first episode. While MC's quirk is pretty silly, I somehow still managed to sympathize with him. I really enjoyed the OP as well :) |

| Like many people here, I decided to watch the anime after listening to the OP on Youtube. The Op's something else. This was a great first episode. There's still so much more to be explored in the story of this anime. I can't wait to see it!!! |
| Now THIS is how you do an opener. Backstory, introductions, first mission, character growth, conclusion. A full episode and with amazing animation to boot. This is how anime should be done. Neither rushed nor dragged on with meaningless banter. |

| wow this was so boring, the characters were all unappealing, the girls aren't cute, it's only flames everywhere and a bunch of dudes in matching firefighter costumes acting all tough and manly I've been told this has jokes and lots of fanservice, so far I haven't seen either.. I'll try to give this a couple more episodes also, the spontaneous combustion mystery was solved by south park back in 1999, someone's behind the times |
| Happy new year! Every year I have the habit of watching an anime I've never watched before, Fire Force was one of the ones chosen to start my year of 2025. I'm a fan of David Productions I think all of us here love David Productions for all the passion they gave to JoJo's Let's start the year! Látom 🙏  |
