| Although the pacing has slowed considerably, this fight feels earned. Defeating these freaky siblings is not coming easy! The strength of even a hashira and multiple demon slayers is outmatched with 1 - 2 demons. And look at Zenitsu go! Even Inosuke was proud <3 Tanjiro is overdosing on adrenaline. It's like he's doing a line of coke or something. How has he not blacked out yet? As usual, there’s a favorite with multiple spouses/in the harem. In the manga, I think all three of the wives were on equal footing, but the anime has Hinatsuru as the clear favorite or at least the one with the most spotlight. |
| Mid episode. Unnecessary flashbacks in the beginning. Added practically nothing to the characters of Uzui and his 3 maidens. I really dislike the direction the action fights take in here. It's filled with unnecessary internal monologues, actions so quick you cannot follow as an audience followed by atrocious overuse of slow motion, insane asspulls for Tanjiro and Inosuke, etc. The 3 maidens are cardboard cutouts. The assertive one, the shy one and the klutz. Uzui himself isn't very interesting. Tanjiro is bland as always. I don't really care for Zenitsu this season. Inosuke is shining this season though. Don't care for Gyutaro. Typical bad guy. Daki is interesting enough, only due to her quirks though. |

| HAAAAAH WHAT IS HAPPENING I feel so bad for inosuke he was so happy to finally decapitate her, and then this happens to him:((( I really wish inosuke and tengen aren't dying on us!!!!! Inosuke's injury looks really serious, it hit him really deep :(( Next episode I hope we get more nezuko, I mean there's no way tanjiro could take care of that. And I also think we will see shinobu, because of the poison I want next week to come now. |

| Damn. Even with the combine efforts of Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu beheading Daki for the third time they still come up short and Inosuke got stabbed by Gyuutarou. It looks like Uzui is down after loosing his arm and suffering from the poison. I'll have to admit that the flashbacks were a bit too long even though it was a anime original scene. |

| Damn what a desperate situation for the gang. Uzui losing his arm, Inosuke getting stabbed through the back by Gyutaro, Tanjiro somehow working on fumes with a gash so deep it cuts through half his torso, and Zenitsu possibly getting blasted away by some attack. This is looking kinda grim, what a painful cliffhanger to leave us off at. Next Sunday can't come any sooner. |

| As much as I don't mind having crybaby Zenitsu around, seeing him in his semiconscious state is badass af. He even acted like a damn leader this time lol. So yeah, I wouldn't mind him staying like this for another entire season or something. Overall, another intense episode but those flashbacks felt really out of place. Sorry but it's just impossible for me to care about Tengen's wives. They are there just to show us how "cool, flashy and flamboyant" his character is and nothing more. |
| So maybe it's just me but in episode 5 it kind of just slapped me in the face that Tanjirou has an obsession to be in control. He feels like he must control the situation in order to stop the ones he cares for from getting hurt. I really enjoyed the comparison of Tengen being injured at the end of the episode and Tanjirou feeling like he is never there when his friends need him, maybe coming from the trauma of losing his family. anyone notice him doing this in any other episodes. His feeling guilty for not being able to control his environment. He kept saying if only, if only....... |

| I hate flashbacks during fight they ruin a pacing. Overall great battle given the cliffhanger the next episode is going to be fun. Daki severed head has a serious Doujin potential. |

| I know it's a shonen but I can't help feel a bit annoyed at the fact that Hinatsuru just engaged and disengaged from the fight like that. Villains taking unimaginable time just to kill someone even more a weak character. Sleeping Zenitsu is cringe but at least Uzui showed us some reality check by not being able to keep up with Gyutaro. |
| As a manga reader, it’s been a fun ride the whole time. Not a fan of the flashbacks though, I feel they didn’t really give much depth at all despite their length and the timing was a bit weird. It’s probably to make us think this is the end for flashy ninja man. What I AM a fan of is how Zenitsu acts and sounds when serious. Glad they took that stupid ass nose bubble off for the more devastating moments. |

| I can't believe that at this point, we are in the middle of the 5th back-to-back banger episode. And it's pretty much set in stone that this arc is way better than Mugen Train. The scene where Uzui shares peaceful moments with his three wives, like eating together or promising to be at peace when all hell is over is so dramatic for me. Knowing how this will go, it's really painful to see that some of those dreams might not even set off to begin with. With Uzui and the trio exhausting pretty much all their efforts to defeat Daki and Gyutaro, like the trio battling Daki in an almost football-esque play, and Uzui going on a desperate 1v1 against Gyutaro, anything is possible in these last two episodes. I'm hoping for the best, and let's see how all of this will be at it's final peace. |

| Man, everybody praise the animation (yes, it's good) but almost nobody talks about the OST. The OST in this episode was pure gold! That Tanjiro, Inosuke and Zenitsu vs Daki battle wouldn't be the same without this great Inosuke theme remix. |

| WHAT THE HELL?! Omg, I hoped for some slow paced episode but again, this was just all about me getting in the nerves every second of it! I can't describe how much this anime is amazing anymore. With every episode I am just surprised more and more. And the animation is like the best I have ever seen. and ZENITSU!! What a badass!! No... Inosuke, Uzui.... I hope they will be alright. :( It's too much for my heart for one episode! |
