| With the purified blood, Jin Woo now has all the ingredients needed for the Elixir of Life. He crafted Elixir of Life, and got 6 of them 🤣🤣🤣. He got a dragon shadow, Kaisel, too. He can now teleport to any of his shadows now. He feeds the elixir to his mom, and she heals from injuries and sickness. She wakes up, and Jin Woo cries. A good reunion, and a real reward for him. Go Gunhee announces regarding the 4th Jeju Island Raid Mission. He requested Jin Woo’s help, and Jin Woo was about to decline since his goal to save his mom had been fruitful. But before he could decline, he senses magic waves, and Go Gunhee takes him to the training arena. Japan’s S Rank Hunters look down on Korea’s S Rank Hunters, and therefore they decide to do a friendly match, with only combat type hunters. |

| Bruh, it's so funny that this episode tried to move me with crying characters and a beautiful soundtrack but it didn't succeed, this anime completely ignored the MC's mother's storyline, didn't build it up at all and suddenly it jumps out with this undeserved "emotional" moment that causes even more cringe xD Ok.. the mother is back and will probably be as useful as she has been so far (which is not at all) and MC cried and can go back to aura farming xD 2/5 |

Japanese hunters character design is quite good, but American hunter is a little bit stereotype, but it's probably reflect what's happening USA right now.

Bruh, it's so funny that this episode tried to move me with crying characters and a beautiful soundtrack but it didn't succeed, this anime completely ignored the MC's mother's storyline, didn't build it up at all and suddenly it jumps out with this undeserved "emotional" moment that causes even more cringe xD Ok.. the mother is back and will probably be as useful as she has been so far (which is not at all) and MC cried and can go back to aura farming xD

| The biggest problem I had with this show was the lack of character development, however this episode did just that really well. It's nice to have sick action, but it's really the people that make a story memorable in my opinion. More characters even got introduced, so this will be fun, BLACKBEARD BEING ONE OF THEM!!!!! Also find it funny how the Korean names are single syllables compared to the Japanese's multi-syllables. Looking forward to this hopeful turn of the season getting better in it's one flaw. |

| These cliffhangers are vicious. I have to be honest, this reunion with his mom just did not feel impactfull to me. It should have happened way later imo. This just felt like way too early for how supposedly important it was. Oh yeah whatever happened to his dad anyway? They introduced him and thats it. |

| Wow even Jinwoo's tears were beautifully animated, wtf is with the budget of this show....gotta say though, I generally get very emotional in any scene involving a parent and a child, but I didn't feel anything with Jinwoo's mom's revival at all. No buildup to this moment for me to care much. Looks like we're getting a Korean vs. Japanese face-off, but it wouldn't surprise me if, from a writing standpoint, this is all a setup just to get Jinwoo to be able to demonstrate his power in front of all these S-Rank Hunters. |

| This was the emotional payoff for all the hard work (tho Jinwoo makes it look easy). His mom is back from tge eternal sleep, now we just need his father to return home and the family is all back together. Those japanese hunters are quite full of themselves. If they had let Jinwoo take part he would have likely humbled them all. Next episode should have more action though I doubt it will dwell on it for too long. |

| why are we trying to waste time playing pretend like we care about any of these characters at all now? just use the screen time to for the fights. just overall pointless and a contrived moment that doesn't hold any weight at all with a melodramatic song to seem like we should care now |

| Probably the only weak point of the show for me. They didn't give us enough reason to care about his family. So the emotional scene didn't hit as hard as it should. Still, I think I prefer this over MCs who have tons of flashbacks and repetitive speeches about their motivation. |
| With his mother cured now, he's lost his objective to level up. It'll be interesting to see how the other hunters get along with him (or vice versa) in the ant thing, but honestly, I'm so uninterested in the fight where this episode left us. I could even consider dropping this anime here, if it weren't for Sung's father, who I suppose is still roaming somewhere. |
