i'm glad we finally got to see reigen look a lil ugly. he's been too hot during, like, the entirety of the anime (not just s3).  (let's hope this image loads properly T-T it's my first attempt at adding one) i also had a hunch it was dimple doing all this tree stuff. but i also thought maybe it was someone else. like, another psychic. cant's remember his name, but i thought it was blondie, who actually in the end found out first it was brainwashing. anyways. i feel kinda sad for mob. i hope him & blondie can f-ck dimple up real soon. also, feed me father.  reminded me of the lil baby birds i see each morning outside my window. |
| Last few scenes were truly top tier. Let's hope that what happens next lives up to this epic buildup. |
| Yeah it would be Dimple wouldn't it? That lil prick. I wonder if he will make it out of this series alive. But man look at how far Mob has come. He's marching onto the big ass broccoli alone with confidence as everyone else (except maybe other powerful espers) are brainwashed. |

| Wait, so Dimple is the final boss? no way right? I was expecting someone or something crazier. Anyways the directing of this ep was amazing! the twist with Reigen caught me off guard cause we never saw him eat the candy and was with Mob running for their lives the whole time. Although the most impactful part was Mob walking to the boss stage with "Exist" BGM, I cannot explain the goosebumps I had when that damn song played along with the visuals in front of it. |

| I've been seeing a lot of people assume Dimple will be the last villain of the season, but I disagree. I don't think he will be the final boss, mainly because the previous two seasons had an episodic structure that this one seems to be following too. To recap: 1. A slice of life-esque mini-arc dealing with everyday problems (Mob searching for something to do and joining the Body Improvement Club in S1 / His "girlfriend" in S2 / His concerns for the future in S3) 2. A slightly more serious arc involving fighting evil spirits that also introduces a new friend and/or ally to the cast (LOL cult in S1 / Urban legends in S2 / Yokai hunter in S3) 3. An arc where Mob fights his greatest threat yet and has an entire build-up episode dedicated to it before the final battle (Teru in S1 / Mogami in S2 / Dimple in S3). Also known as the mini-boss arc. Those are the ones we've seen this season, which leaves us with... 4. A more personal arc that involves a main character going rogue and acting selfishly before having a realization (Ritsu in S1 / Reigen in S2). One could argue the Psycho Helmet arc also fits this theme with Dimple, but maybe we'll have someone else take the role regardless (Teru?) 5. The final and longer arc where Mob and co. have to deal with a bunch of villains being commanded by a stronger leader (Claw 7th Division in S1 / Claw HQ in S2). Honestly I have no idea who'll fit this role in S3 since Claw has been disbanded, so perhaps they'll do something fresh and different for the grand finale. |
| This episode was creepy, I did not like the vibes. I hope Mob will be okay! I can't wait for him to hit 100%. I wasn't expecting Reigen to switch sides so suddenly, it was weird. Who was the guy with the pink hair and why did he pass out when he touched the root? |

| All the build-up created in these episodes is leading us to such an interesting development. The tone is getting darker, but it was expected from the past episodes. |
| Ohoho, things are finally getting spicy! It's insane to see how many people, and how quickly they got under the control of religion. The way Hanazawa fought against the mind control and against Dimple himself was a sight to see, enjoyed every little bit of it. The ending was also lit, with the citizens acknowledging the arrival of the second founder and the ending song playing in the background. |
| This episode was so intense. Such a creepy atmosphere. Though I think Reigen is playing along and isn't actually brainwashed. |
| I think Reigan isn't brainwahsed either. He's playing it up so Mob will go and do the dirty work. imo |

| I like how everyone who gets brainwashed just gets into a basic hypnotized personality, but Reisen is still a convincing salesman, almost fooling Mob. Or maybe he's not brainwashed at all. And he's fooled me. |
| Amazing. This show keeps getting better, this new arc premise is actually quite deep and complex. I think this could be the best season so far. |
| The Psycho Helmet religion is no joke. This is one powerful cult that revolves around worshiping the divine tree. Its brainwashing and control is just contagious. Contagious enough for people to start forming masses that support the cause. It's crazy to see how easily everyone was influenced by it. Even Reigen Arataka. A man who is not easily swayed but here we are lol. |

| They way the animation handles the darker tone of this arc is simply amazing. The tension between Mob Reigen and the city goes hard. Ending the episode with 'Exist' was a brilliant choice. Perfect episode! |
| The show is really pulling out the stops. Animation has been consistently fantastic. Harkening back to the season one opening phenom. That really made this series such a frontrunner. It's just nice to see the heart and soul of Mob-kun. Back again. And, thus far, adapted to what his story deserved... Quality above all else. |

| Mob is growing up. He takes his position more firmly now in the end of the episode, even though he could have been easily discouraged aftter realizing that his popularrity is not what he expected it to be. As always I love how the focus of the camera works in the series. It shifts from frame to frame, holding your attention on a closeup and subconciously creating an emottion in you. |
