For now, I don't suppose it's necessary to watch Amagami before this, but you might miss some nods to that show or something. |

| Hmm I kind of feel like Hikari is kind of like Haruka from Amagami SS. I'm really loving those teases from Hikari. So far a pretty good start. Although I kind of feel annoyed by the guy for some reason. Other than that, the OP and ED was great, especially the ED because it showed quite a lot of nice shots of Hikari. Ending scene was hilarious. The way he falls back as the girl who we all know suddenly drops by and scares him Samara style. |

| This show is so chill, I loved the first episode. And the look on Shou's face when his sis gave him that food on the floor was priceless lol never seen anyone so happy over food. I also really liked both the Op and Ed. I have a feeling I will really like this show, can't wait for ep 2 |

| Nothing very exceptional and I don't understand the purpose of the series. The characters aren't very interesting and the hero who reminds me of Ikari Shinji is a bit boring and he lacks personality. Hoping for a better episode for next time! Tsuneki is very cute. :3 2.5/5 |

| First scene of the episode annoyed me but it was an okay episode. it made me cringe when he said he would become a horned beetle catcher. I'm sorry, but why try so hard to make us laugh and fall so flat. I expect the series to improve as amagami gives me hope for such a poor episode beginning |
| The MC looks like a mix of Ikari Shinji and Kaneki Ken xD Alright, first episode with a boring cast but a good atmosphere. I think ill keep watching this. 3/5 |

| i just watch few eps of amagami long ago, *i forget it as day passed that i even watch it , LoL i watch seiren yesterday,indeed it give me amagami vibe even at me who just watch few eps of amagami, need to re-watch amagami in meantime, hope i don't forget it again |

| Lol the time when you have to fill in your future career forms is always a hard time But lol putting horned beetle as that eh No wonder you will be interviewed by a teacher Hmm so the mc just wants to make people happy then eh Well thats quite a lot of careers that can do that Like a manga artist that Onigata sensei suggested Hmm a manga with a horned beetle as a hero eh an insect themed manga eh that actually does sound interesting lol Hmm Onigata sensei does get lost in her imagination quite easily Hmm a typical school anime eh Been too long since i seen one of these I don't think many people in high school have any ideas on their future careers at that point in life Of course deciding your career at that point will be the optimal task But it will be challenging Hmm so it looks like this will be focused on the 2nd and 3rd year students then eh That point of life is quite important after all Lol a part time idol and a full time housewife as choices now that will be quite strange to see Hmm Hikari is actually quite cute if she wasn't that horrible lol But the image of a typical school idol no less Hmm Monopoly eh Its nice to see that he mc has such a good bond with his sister I can see why her sister won the miss Santa contest cause she's pretty cute and looks a bit like a airhead Hikari sure likes gossip eh then again most high school students do Yea sitting with the school idol isn't going to get you popular with the boys lol Hikari sure can be meddlesome eh lol But despite that she can be quite humble when she needs something Lol Hikari's expression at the Mc's disagreement Yep these two are gonna get paired up i think But despite being an idol to think that Hikari is failing at classic lit eh who would have thought Hmm despite everyone being crazy about Hikari the mc isn't eh Lol the teachers running laps after being caught staring was quite funny But its nice to see that the mc is working and studying hatd for his finals his future career can come after that And with hard work you will get better results Its nice to see the mc get great grades as a result of his studies But its nice to see that the mc has more people respecting him though hmm a summer course for two weeks in a remote hotel doing nothing but study eh That sounds it can be pretty useful actually I think there's more to Hikari than the mc actually thinks But its nice seeing that Hikari actually manage to motivate the mc into being more serious with is future Lol turning into a robot just because of the summer course sure study is important but so is having fun and relaxing Lol the ghost of a girl in a kimono haunts the hotel Lol looks like the summer course is mandatory for poorly performing students Well the summer course isn't a game that you can just breeze through Lol was that Hikari that climbed into the room in the end An enjoyable first episode with a good setting and a interesting cast of characters First time i heard Ayane Sakura's voice in the new season and she's still as impressive as ever |

| Hikari instantly caught my heart. Promising anime so far. I like the Amagami SS vibe =) Also I feel like the only person on the planet who prefers drama/romance anime with the "plain" type of main character. They're just more relatable to me. |

| MC is lame. The girls are average. Only Sanjo seems to be the only interesting girl here. Not sure If I'll continue this show or not. But I like the art design and animation is good too. |

| I like it because for me it is something different as I didn't see any of anime people are talking in here, at least not yet... I like how normal it is and it seems like a slice of life (why it is not listed as one on mal yet?). Heh it wouldn't sell without some ecchi ;d but I doubt there will be something more beside innocent flirting and I do wonder why he didn't go to the sea with the girls, that Tsuneki is soo into him ;o |

| Good start to this arc/series. I like the arc's main heroine too, although i like Moe-nee a lot better. Hopefully there is a surprise bonus episode at the end with big sis as the love interest, like Amagami did previously. |
| Tease-girl is best girl. That steamy desk scene was hot! The dialog was kind of bad. My brain couldn't stay focused and was replacing lines with random nonsense. @_@ This would be so much better with troll-subs. Anybody got any? |

| It's so nice to hear Iroha's VA. It suits Hikari very well :D I like her up to now even though she is not your usual likeable heroine. But the fact that you don't know precisely why she is acting the way she does, what is she aiming, makes her interesting. |
