| This was absolutely boring. The first episodes looked so promising, but I'm getting really tired of the "I'm going to fulfill my promise!"/"Let's achieve our goal!"/"We're gonna do it!"/"Let's do our best!" kind of lines when NOTHING HAPPENS. |

| Wow... I didn't know you need to put THAT much work to become a mangaka :P Really, they are gamblers betting everything they have... I really respect their determination, effort and pride :D Put that aside, it was a really nice episode and those pl who says that it's "boring" or "slow" you can just read the manga you know... |

| This time we definitely see the two's determination to fulfill their dreams and become known mangakas, something that especially Shujin shows off. He definitely made this episode, I liked the bit where he just sat there and laughed/cried over some manga he was reading. What a great character. Not too much development in this episode, everything is going at its own pace, slowly introducing new stuff (and Eiji too, finally some competition to make things more interesting), but it's still very enjoyable and not boring at all. Nice final moment too, when Miho and Mashiro just looked at each other, then turned around and walked off. It had this shoujo vibe, but it still was very heartwarming. 8/10 |

| It was interresting to see the process to make a manga. That editor story was a bit lame. Moritaka and Miho almost can't look at each other, they're so shy. Akito should be his wingman xD That new Nizuman seem crazy, I like that. |

Well, there is if you have a plan for your life outside of participating in the memorization bullshit that is a school exam. Moritaka's a really good artist, but the fact that he's not satisfied with his natural talent is good because that means he's going to work even harder to make the manga perfect. Ah, I remember the other manga artist kid (Eiji) from the manga now. He was always a bit annoyingly cocky... "If you do, then start studying." B I T C H how do you even know what he's doing all day legit deadass he could be studying at the studio. (He's not, but still. I dunno why Moritaka's mom suddenly bothers me so much. Maybe because I was like twelve when I read the volumes of the manga I did and my teenage hormones/"I know what I'm doing Jesus Christ" instinct hadn't fully kicked in yet. I'm more sympathetic towards Moritaka now.) I feel like going to a different school than Azuki is a risky move for Moritaka. Like Akito said, she could easily find a different boyfriend in high school, and Moritaka could wind up like his uncle. "I'm sorry about that, but I felt like you would grow more if I didn't praise you." I've always hated that. Not getting any sort of encouragement personally just makes me feel like shit. It doesn't make me work harder, it just makes me depressed. |

| Really nice episode again, and little glimpse of the eccentric character that is Eiji Niizuma, the 15-year old mangaka genius. It was also nice learning more about the kind of utensils mangaka use to draw from Mashiro's perspective, as its clear of how hard he's already training himself to use all those equipment for the future when he actually needs to draw out manuscripts properly and in good pace too. His drawings currently don't fit manga style at all as they're too much like plastic figures, too realistic for manga without the flair but I have to say, the guy's got a lot of talent already and with time to hone in on his skills, he could become a terrifyingly good manga artist in the future. The scene with Azuki and Mashiro passing by each other was so cheesy but so lovable too. So heartwarming to see them to not only blush as they pass by each other like they haven't noticed anything, but also just look back twice coincidentally. Lovely stuff for the dormant, romanticist side of me. I love how great these two are together without even knowing much about Azuki but the basics, or really seeing them barely interact much with each other at all and still be a good couple in my eyes. The power of love. |

| we get much more about how to draw manga, mashiro is already working himself to death, and takagi read heartwarming manga xD they finally have some sort of current goal, which is great. that final scene was cheesy as hell, never liked saiko x miho cheesiness. pace starting being better. |
