This episode had a bittersweet taste, Iroha defeated the rumor of the owl lucky water, thanks to his doppel, but on the other hand the revelation of one of the members of Magius's wings was somewhat sad.

Felicia meets some high-ranking magical girls in the ranks of Magius' wings, the Amane twins and here they reveal that there are three Magius who lead this organization and another surprise was that Kyoko also joined Magius's wings.
The buzz of the owl lucky water is protected by the Amane twins and Yashiyo with the girls must face both, but the twins had some surprises, the first was that they used witches as soldiers and the other was that both activate their Doppels, but this also played against them and Felicia decides to protect Iroha and Kyoko also joins them in battle.
Iroha is entrusted with the mission of destroying the rumor of the owl, but this is very strong for her to defeat it and is here that her Doppel returns and allows her to destroy the rumor and so she and Felicia were released from their curse.

I did not expect Mifuyu's appearance at all, it was a great surprise to see that she is also part of Magius's wings, but I felt sad for Tsuruno and Yachiyo, since now they know that the friend they loved so much is now on the side of the enemy.
The final part where Felicia suffers made me feel so sad, all her feelings exploded in tears, but Iroha also makes her understand that she cares about her and wants them to live together, not by obligation, but because Iroha's concern Towards her is honest.
The post-credit scene left me with a smile, since now Iroha and Felicia will live in Yachiyo's guest house, but the joy could not last long, who will be the person who wants to communicate with Iroha? (Will she be the magic girl with the big shield?)

In any case, it is still impossible. Even more by the rhythm of the anime. If they were to adapt everything in 13 eps we would be already far from what we really are in that part of the story. If there is no second season (which I think is very difficult) at least this one would end up incomplete.

Those are not the lucky water bottles. Kyouko had her first contact with the lucky water when it was offered to her by the twins.

Anyone else notice the strangely abrupt cuts in this series? Not sure if they're doing it for some kind of effect, but it's a bit jarring and distracting whenever it happens. From what I remember, there was one in episode 6 (at 06:45-06:46) and another one in this episode at 07:55-07:56.

Felicia is very relatable at the end.

The series is shaping up to show us what it is, and it's quite different from the original Madoka series.

This show is hella' confusing and rushing from point A to point V in a matter of light-seconds. Obliterates your mind. Lots of new characters and new world lore rules hitting you over and over again. Shaft is pretty damn amazing, I'm sad there might only be one cour of this. Everyone is waiting for best girlfriends to show up, as interested as I am in the characters we have regardless, and they are pretty interesting.

This is Puella on hella' Shaft drugs post-Monogatari. Very interesting that pink witch MC can turn into a witch to defeat other witches. We really are creating new rules very fast. This series is so progressive, maybe because it was a game first. The writing structure is taking forever to understand.

So, Wings of Magius are something like an anti-hero magical girls team while Mifuyu is the leader.

I don't care about Felicia but they could killed her in this episode since it doesn't make much sense to keep she relevant except to have one more character in the cast. Also, the pacing of the episode was very rushed for some reason and the fight lacked impact. Iroha has a tremendous plot armor during the entire fight.

Ok, thinking about it the WoM (Wings of Magius) seems very "cult-ish." I'm predicting that they'll be a church centered around worshipping Madoka since that seems to make sense. If not, then they're the new villain-type introduced in this anime? Similar to how its the witches in the original series, wraiths by the end of it, and nightmares in Rebellion.

Oh, wow wow wow. Kyouko being in the WoM?

Ok, I find it funny that Yachiyo is tracking Felicia using a smartphone app as supposed to magic. But hey, it could be an app made by a magical girl, so who knows?

Kyouko's pretty smart for not drinking the water. Felicia, yeah. I mean, she already drunk it before so might as well continue doing it. Of course, there could be something else sinister behind the water or something.

Wait, is Felicia that strong? Like, what if the reason she was able to defeat that many witches is because of the luck provided by the water? Yeah, it would be funny if that turned out to be true.

I think the anime did good by reintroducing Kyouko. Asides being the magical girl that makes the most sense to appear again, Felicia's also quite similar to her. So it makes for an interesting scenario to have them meet up.

Now I'm wondering how Felicia would feel about the relationship between magical girls and witches.

I'm guessing Kamihama is some sort of enchanted city that allows magical girls to not die when a witch is released from them.

Iroha defeated the uwasa with her witch easily. Also, Mifuyu being the leader of WoM? Wow.

I'm a bit surprised that they all end up living with Yachiyo, though. Lol. I didn't really expect they'd do a cliche like that (not that I'm complaining).

I think Iroha is created as a somewhat opposite in a "two sides of the same coin" sort of way to Madoka? Both are the kind pink MCs, but Iroha was already a magical girl at the start of the story while Madoka didn't. Iroha is also braver.

Magia has been more enjoyable as I watch more episodes, but I can see the train wreck coming.

These "wings" girls.. Why they're posing so much.. Did they watch a ton of Jojo recently or something?..
Hm?.. Did Felicia receive a buff or something, when she touched Iroha's hand?.. What if Iroha actually specializes in this?.. In support magic, I mean.. Could it be so?..
Huh?.. Is Mifuyu behind everything?.. She even says that it's her "this time".. So she probably knows what happened earlier with her fake?.. That's not a good news.. Because, well.. People indeed were getting kidnapped for a time by this organization..
As well as Iroha using her witch form a second time can be trouble as well later.. Is it metaphor for bipolar disorder, maybe, by the way?.. Well, if she gets into despair, and then after that her gem becomes clear, as if she heals.. Reminds me of happy-depressive cycles of bipolar.. But well, will see with time, what it's about..
And yeah.. Using witches - pretty major thing.. We haven't seen thing like that before.. I'm not even sure, if Kyubey has such power or knowledge.. This organization sure has some very powerful magic on its' side..
So we probably can expect unfortunates to begin coming in.. 24 or so awaits..

Those Amane girls trying to act all cool and mysterious and Kyouko being like "oh, how cute".

Honestly, seeing Kyouko kicking some asses was nice and all but I still found this episode rather uninteresting. Iroha solving the issue and destroying the Rumor via another convenient power up was kinda disappointing and the whole fact with Felicia "betraying" her at the beginning lacked any kind of impact at all.

As for Felicia, she acted less annoying this time but since it seems her background won't receive further exploration, her character ended up being a quite superficial one. Hope I'm wrong tho but so far, she's just your typical "I'm gonna kill all the *insert monster/spirit/species*" kind of character.

So, I guess Mifuyu will be the main antagonist for this season, uh? Well, that should create some interesting dilemmas for Yachiyo so I look forward to seeing how that will play out.
On a side note, the Amane sisters didn't look menacing at all but I gotta say I liked their... Witch forms? and the meaning behind them.
