| hhhnngggg! Kanna Kamui is totally super CUTE and ADORABLE! i can't stop me self from giggling! especially when Kanna starts to cry! so kawaii! i want to hug her so much!!! LOL Tooru's much better at socializing then Kobayashi while last episode he told humans are such inferior species! looks like Tooru quickly adapts! That was sooo awesome! Tooru is insanely strong even from human form! That snatcher got instantly wrecked! Tooru holding hands was cute & sweet just like Hand Shakers lol Kanna's unique tail is so cute its also used as an electric plug for her to recharge! OMG! Tooru so scary if you cheat on her! Those uncontrollable rage of jealousy! lol A pat in the head is all it takes to tame a very cute Kanna! Kanna is also to be treasured! Her VA is Naganawa Maria and she also voiced Honda Tamaki which I also treasure because of the cuteness of her voice and char design! This is much more awesome! The usual play of 2 dragons is pure DESTRUCTION!!! LOL the see-saw for kids was mistakenly identified by Tooru as Catapults! LOL at the Demo child, the hit a dragon! The nose-2-nose touch from Tooru & Kanna was nice! I think that see-saw is enchanted by Tooru because it didn't break by their play! next episode is the introduction of Quetzalcoatl! oh those bewbs! 5/5!!! |

| Kanna is so cute, and such a nice addition to the cast. Funny and interesting, with some heartwarming moments. I'm definitely digging this show. I see there'll be a bath scene, as well as some busty lady, in the next episode. If they'd put in some oppai too, I'd like this even better. WMR said: Loved the dragon bonding scenes. And lol to Tooru's "Are you cheating on me!?" This is hilarious. I think my favorite part was when kobayashi was throwing chocolates at Kanna like she was a dog lmao. Either that or kanna and toorus brawl was pretty awesome for how short it lasted. The holding hands moment was also cute though. Man I just love these dragon girls eyes! |

| My guess is that the name 'Tohru' is from the author J R R Tolkein. And it seems Tohru had a sword stuck in her that was removed by Kobayashi, and that's why she's in debted to her. This is a nice, relaxing casual series. Glad to have a break from drama or horror heavy ones. |

"How to those objects move" Magic of course lol Them crepes looked good, Kanna's eating expression so cute. The playful fight scenes so hilarious, a bit DBZ like. Overall I'm really loving this show. |

Gloom said: Kanna Kamui is a combination of the names of two Fire Emblem Fates characters. Kamui being the MC/Avatar of Fates and Kanna being the avatar's child. The creator of this series must be a Fire Emblem fan or the name is just a coincidence. Not to mention, that Miss Kobayashi was wearing a shirt that said "Robinz". The series debuted before Fates. Kanna and her name, "Kanna Kamui" is based on Ainu culture. Kamui, means spirits or divine being in Ainu mythology. Kanna is the Ainu god of thunder. Kanna says that she comes from Ushishir Island. That is a real place that is considered a sacred land by the Ainu and is said to be the home of the thunder god, Kanna. Her outfit does seem to take inspiration from Ainu clothing designs. Interestingly enough, in Telugu, Malayalam, and Tamil, Kanna means "kid" and can also refer to Lord Krishna. According to Wikipedia, "the 'divine boy' Krishna as an embodiment of wisdom and endearing prankster forms a part of the pantheon of gods in Japanese Buddhism." And that's exactly what Kanna is, a wise and endearing prankster. |

| Ok that was unexpected. Obviously Kanna was cute AF but I honestly didn't expect to see a battle when they talked about playing around oO And damn... Those are the scenes why I wish KyoAni would produce more action anime since I've seen Kyoukai no Kanata. I mean it was only like 30 seconds maybe? And yet there are studios that can't even produce a nice battle scene of that duration even close to that extent. |
| I don't think I can sit through any more of this show. It's not bad but it's nowhere near funny enough and there's no plot to look forward to either. I'm falling asleep watching it. |

| Loks like Tohru is very popular in the neighborhood. That's good news! Kanna is a cute loli. She was funny when she thought that Kobayashi and Tohru were having a date and that holding hands is a pervert thing. lol Even though Kanna is naive and Tohru teaches her things about the human world, Tohru is also naive and still doesn't know some stuff, which was funny. The final scene on the playground shows this, since they learn from Kobayashi that the seesaw isn't a catapult, but still use it in a very peculiar way. xD |

| Kobayashi is adapting to the situation remarkably well. Tohru was saved by her, but it's unclear how and how she was hurt in the first place. There was also plenty of cool animation to drive the comedy. The show's premise is indeed very similar to The Crane Repays A Debt (Tsuru no Ongaeshi). A human saves a shape shifter, who wants to return the favor and moves in with the human. Though that story is rather depressing.  Kanna is a great fit in the main duo, it's like Kobayashi and Tohru adopted a kid (who can shoot lasers). She reminds me of Ren-chon from Non Non Biyori; her color scheme is dominated by purple and she never smiles. This show is so relaxing. And these characters are growing on me fast, so moments like these become more and more rewarding. |
