| Great episode. Shinoa has been adorable lately - she started out very prideful and condescending towards Yuu, but now she's grown so close to him. I really enjoyed her apologizing to him and the team, as well as acknowledging that she's not perfect. Even though it was reckless, I thought her abandoning him was funny. Along these lines, Yuu's character development has been superb. He's changed so much since the start of the series; He was so cold and callous before, keeping walls around him, and over the course of the show he's slowly opened up to others and let people in. It's wonderful to see. Finally, Mika's character is really impressing me. I've loved him since the beginning, but now he's surpassing the stereotypical "emo vampire" trope and becoming much deeper, fighting to maintain his humanity. It's extremely interesting to watch. |

| This was a pretty good episode. For once the main cast is told, "This is not a game, stop fooling around." I actually felt this was a life and death battle anime. Congratz from graduating out of school life and cooking meals, it was about time. |

| They didn't have to go through all that if Shinoa would just stop being a stupid troll. Never liked that about her really. But at least I saw some awesome action. Also a Lamborghini? That a product placement or what? |

| Hate how much they are trying to focus on Mika and drinking blood. I really hope he won't turn edgy and become a generic vampire like all the other filler ones (especially those 2 vampire kids we always see) after he drinks real blood for the first time. I really liked that speech Guren gave after those 5 were late. Shinoa definitely didn't expect Guren to be that serious and I loved that. I kind of wished Yuu did something big in that fight, lol. But then again, they can't do anything against one noble vampire so that sucks. |
