| The opening was so cool. I loved this episode. Dio and Jotaro constantly outwitting one another was awesome. It lasted all the way to the end of the episode, too. Too bad about the wonky art every now and then. I'm sure it'll be fixed for the BD. Final episode next week. I'm sad now. |

I agree that some fights were much too slow. I think around 3-4 chapters per episode is good though, for example the Emperor and Hanged Man and the majority of the Egypt fights were paced perfectly. The main thing that bothered me in this episode (for pacing) was how DIO's World 14 and 15 (manga chapters) were so fast. Which is the segment that starts with the knives and ends with the x-ray punch. These chapters had a ton of tension in the manga and could easily carry an entire episode almost alone. But in this ep it's over in the blink of an eye and it doesn't really give you the proper sense of suspense and dread. I'm just bummed out DIO's World isn't getting the love and attention David put into so many of the other fights. Pretty much most of the fights in their adaptation are on par or better than the manga (Vanilla Ice was ridiculously good), but I don't think I'll be able to say that about DIO's World. It's still awesome and I'm loving it though. I imagine the next episode will be fine for the pacing since they only have 4 chapters left, hopefully this will also facilitate a DiU teaser. |

| Maybe it's just me and I know we still have one episode left but this fight felt like it went on a lot longer in the manga. As someone already said, the part with the knife attack felt like it had a lot of tension to in the manga. In the anime it felt like just another one of Dio's attacks. Oh well, we still have to look forward to And maybe we'll get a teaser for Part 4? |

| That time stop opening was glorious! Shame we probably won't get to see it in next week's episode though :-/. So the cats out of the bag; Star Platinum has the ability to stop time as well. While I personally still don't like this revelation (particularly the way it's revealed to us), in its defence I will say that it's good that Dio still has a significant advantage over Jotaro in this fight. For the entire time Jotaro has Star Platinum and is aware of its ability to stop time, he never becomes as proficient with it as what Dio is with his version (this becomes more evident in next week's episode). For that fact alone, this isn't a complete asspull on Araki's part. As for the entire debate of Dio having two stands vs The World having all of the Joestar stand abilities, I don't really care one way or the other. Both sides have merits and logical fallacies, so between the two I'll just stick with what Araki states. It's not worth over-analysing IMO. Next week is the conclusion to the fight and the end of Jotaro's journey. Holding out hope for a DiU teaser too :-D. |

| I didn't even watched the episode yet. I stopped just to comment about the GLORIOUS opening. I wish that at least half of the adaptations of anime was this criative. They don't just adapt 100% of all the chapters, but do things like this opening and that endings. They put effort in everything. I'm not judging that story per se because Stardust Crusaders isn't even on my top 5 of Jojos, but the adaptation is 10/10. |

I'd assume it was because he got thrown through a window. ( I read the manga a while ago, and while I do remember a lot about the final fight, I don't remember anything about glass being involved in this fight.) 3. The reason Jotaro can move while time has stopped is because Dio and Jotaro have similar stands. |
