| OMG! This episode. The best TG episode to this day. Yoshimura's death... slowly remembering all the ones he's taken in. My eyes literally watered when he was remembering Kuroneki. I've had a lot of complaints with this anime, but this episode went far beyond my expectations. Kaneki was great this episode too. We see how OP he has become. One eyed Owl's entrance at the end was beast. Shit's about to go down. Oh yeah and I have to mention how Juuzo was in action. I just love this guy! |

| Juzo ftw! One of my favorite characters. I did not expect the real owl to show up at the end. So many feels in this episode and very decent action. I been spoiled somewhat and I know there is going to be a lot more that happens . Lets finish this season out strong... |
Fish use the water surrounding their bodies to sense what will happen next... you can't fight the current you have to flow with it. If you do that, you might just catch the fish. |

| Producers/Directors/Makers of this series do such a good job with this series. And this episode is no jokeee *.* I was so sadddd when I though that Irimi and Koma were going to die *.* But Kaneki saved them *whew* But then Yoshimura tenchou died!!! OMGGG. The feeeeels. I'm surprised Touka didn't do anything this episode (especially when she found out that he died). Though, if I was in her place I'd be totally blown away myself. Gah. Scene with Hide... I'm pretty sure he's got a big role coming up.. They wouldn't just keep making him pop up here and there for no reason right? o.O I can feel it. The endddd!! Finally got the explanation as to why Tenchou was also the Owl when he himself told Kaneki that the (One-eyed) Owl is his son. It was touching with the scene that showed Tenchou telling Kaneki to save someone who is lonely and his son TTT.TTT Gahhhh. Can't wait for the next episode! |

| That animation for the first several minutes... I thought we were in for another ep. 4 tragedy, but this episode picked itself up in a big way, getting progressively better in the animation department till the end - I have little doubt that the next 2 episodes will deliver. Manga spoiler: |
| Liked the episode. The beginning was pretty meh, and so were Kaneki's scenes, but Yoshimura's defeat was handled exceptionally well, even better than the manga, I actually felt bad for his world crumbling. I found myself very content with seeing Koma and Irimi almost getting killed, though, and I'm not sure why. The real Owl (who's identity should be obvious by now) has arrived for some fun. Juuzou should be missing a leg right now. Looks like Hide will make his move soon... 4/5 |

| Of course the CCG gang up on Yoshimura, you don't go fight a boss alone. Too bad for them, there is another one after him. We have seen Anteiku taking damage, it will be CCG turn next. |
| Can't wait for Kaneki vs Amon. Yoshimura's defeat was handled greatly and I still don't understand what's the purpose of Touka being in the battlefield...maybe to watch Kaneki's demise? Or to help the ape and irimi? |

| Um am I the only that cried when Yoshimura or the Owl was being killed mercilessly? The tears were real... I could feel his pain, his agony, and a fraction of how he must've felt in that dying scene. This is truly awesome. Amon vs Kaneki hype. Oh my GOD. That one eyed Owl... WHY DIDN'T HE COME SOONER? WHO IS HE? IS HE THE SON? WTF. SO BIG. HOLY MOLY. |

| Wow it seems the only time Pierrot can truly make Tokyo Ghoul shine is the action sequences which were orgasmicly good in this episode. The story itself for Root A has been a bloody mess compared to the manga but the action in the anime is superior by far. Oh and I can't wait to see the censorship completely rape the screen next week harder than Yoshimura getting gangraped by the CCG during this episode. |

| This episode was amazing ! Insaleny tensed from the start to the end. AND WHAT ENDING. Next episode will be glorious. TG is a flawed anime, but Studio Pierrot managed to make me care about every character. That scene with Yoshimura remembering Anteiku's member was so emotional. Now I really do hope that they stick to the manga for the end of that arc (even though Manga readers know there's a huge game-changer) |

| Rapid development in the episode, good fights, but did not reach the sentimentalism of the manga, Kaniki had few scenes and the manager seemed to have no will to fight almost Well, next episode good fights will happen and I look forward to see the final development of the anime .. |

| Touka is gettin' me worried. I hope she doesn't get in the way of Kaneki's exacting revenge. I simply want to Kaneki and Touka save each other. They deserve that at least. So... the son of the Owl appears now of all times?? Why?? Because of Deus Ex-Machina?? |
