I think this is the first beach episode I've seen with basically 0 fanservice...amazing Also, wtf was the sea slug scene Although I like this anime a lot, I would appreciate if they showed more of him actually writing calligraphy; seems like every episode is him attempting to do something and then Naru and co. burst in to distract him. I know they show rooms full of his calligraphy, but these episodes kinda make it feel like he just came to this island and is constantly messing around instead of working On a side note, I wonder how calligraphers get paid. Is it just random jobs like when he painted a store sign that we saw in some episode? Or do competition winners get paid? Seems like a kinda odd job he get paid for writing titles of incomming movies or novels or advertisments you see everyday, its like from chapter 4 in the beginning , the writing has to be beautiful, and with feeling, not half assed if u know what i mean. the job vary 50.000 yen to 300.000 yen, if u can win the competition u can get more fame and more jobs and more money, its not odd job, its a traditional job and quite historical, this bussiness is very harsh, not much people can be sucessful. sorry my english, my native language is spanish and maybe there some grammar errors, and i have some people in japan and china that involves this bussiness. if u have more question i can answer you, but i dont know that much. |

| Barakamon is the best anime this season! This episode was cute and funny lol. Sensei is a tsundere.....and really cute one too. And Tama is slowly growing on me. | The sea slug was highly unnecessary and out of place. The censor confirms the sexual implications, making it a completely different issue than cockroaches and centipedes. Not that it was enough to detract from my enjoyment of this show. |

| It's funny how I watched this episode right after having dinner with Konomon during dinner. Can totally relate to his addiction. XD Calligraphy lesson was so Spartan. I loved how Naru fell asleep at every opportunity. Seriously, this was the best beach episode ever! Who needs skimpily clothed busty girls and women when you got wet tracksuits and life savers eh? Loved the sea wharf scene. I'd love to try jumping from one of those myself. Handa showing he cares about the kids, so much that he fainted three times for them :P Oh, and who invited Aomine Daiki and his funny sidekick to this anime? As for the sea slug.... if you wanna see what it does uncensored, go watch JackAss ;) |

| Rather than a moral of the week, we get a feel good, summery episode. Nevertheless, still keeps up its quality like every other episode. Lovely. Lots of laughs as usual. Fun stuff. That sea slug was...um, awkward. LOL |

| This show make me all fuzzy inside :3 Naru is so cute, when she was worried because sensei might have a girlfriend xD Tama is so hilarious with her BL delusion :P Poor her, sensei isn't helping her. Sensei really have it hard in this episode, falling not one but three time on hard rocks :/ But then he get all the fuzz, what a lucky guy :) Really love those show with a father/daughter relationship (with no incest, of course) or alike. That's what made Clannad : AS so special. |

| Lol at the end, that was funny. I'm sure there are a bunch of people who made jokes about those sea slugs, so I won't say anything. Aww moment when they all hugged together, and Hina is so cute! I found this episode the weakest though, but this show still amazes me, and now that his commitee arrived things will jolt I guess |

| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |

| 5/5 Episode suitable to relax and have a few laughs thanks to the narration fit for purpose. The plot seems to have a great leap forward, both about the psyche of Handa and give a jolt to the main story. Drawing a little rough, but the aminazioni were more than good. OST fits the context. Curious to see how the story will evolve, now! XD One more point in voting for not showing the usual episode with the girls in bathing suits. |

| Handa and the delicious konomon lol Poor Handa, he spent more time blacked out at the beach than having fun and taking care of the kids. I agree that it was kind of reckless for Naru, Miwa, and Hiro to be jumping down into the water, but nothing bad happened so it's all good. Naru freaking out when Miwa/Tama opened that letter lol. Like Hiro said, Handa is beginning to get attached to the people at the village. |

This reminds me of Hanamaru Youchien except Naru is 7 years old instead of like Anzu, the 4-year old girl MC of the series who has a crush on her kindergarten teacher. Gainax made that series hella funny and kawaii without it being pedo or creepy in how it presents itself tho... |

| So much LOLs in this one. -Is konomon that tasty? I want to try one someday. -Tama being suddenly interested in the picture when Miwa said "it's a man" was downright funny! -Handa slipping on the rocks didn't really hit the lol note for me. It seems potentially fatal if you ask me. -Hiroshi Critical was not very effective on that octopus. -So much misunderstanding between Tama & Handa. -I was quite surprised that there are no fanservice during the beach scene. The first I've come across in an anime. I guess they really want to emphasize the comedy & heartwarming aspects. Still that sea slug bit was kinda lewd. -Handa being like a worrywart parent was adorable. The whole bit with the group hug was adorable... and then "jiiii~~..." at Hiroshi lol -Only in anime can you survive several blows to the head from slipping on rocks. -Scruffy hair on a humid day's a bitch. Yeah, Handa & Miwa both have the same hairstyle lol. |
