| Hello hopeful future friends! I am Haibokusha-chan~ (which, if you didn't know, means "Loser" in Japanese...I must confess that I wasn't very creative when I came up with that one. hehe.). I am in a, dare I say, "real" creative writing club...where I meet up with other cool writers and we share...just like here...except in person at the college I go to. I"m glad I came upon this club =). I have attempted to write a few (three now...yikes.) novels, which are still in the process of being completed. I love to write poetry and have given my family and friends several haikus for their birthdays and other holidays that came around when I was broke. hehe. I am also recently part of a website called MYKUworld.com where people talk through poems. It is pretty awesome. I managed to read around 60 books last year...which is quite an accomplisment for me...and am continuing to read...but at a slightly slower pace. Books are amazing! I hope to publish one someday. *crosses fingers* =) |

| *waves* Hey everyone, my name is Darkeiko...well my name isn't...you get the picture! XD I love to read and write (which is why I'm here O_o). Mainly I like writing fantasy, and I want to get a feel for writing fiction. For reading, I like horror books, books with action, some that have suspense and romance thrown in, and mysteries. I like romance but I really can't stand those Quick-to-Love kind of books where the protagonists fall in love much too quickly and their relationship takes up about 99.9% of the book's contents. Ugh. As far as manga is concerned, I love shoujo, supernatural, fantasy, or all three combined. :3 |

Almost all my stories have characters with powers or supernatural blood. If not an anime fanfiction, in which case might not have any characters with powers. |

As most of you already might have figured out, I'm an avid reader(My preferred genres are Science Fiction and Fantasy.) and enjoy writing from time to time (Mostly short stories. I'm rarely able to stay focused long enough to write anything more than that. What can I say? I've got the attention span of a goldfish. xD) I also try writing poetry every so often... | I'm W_K...that seemed kinda pointless Anyway I like reading spent most of my free time doing it back when I was in school, big fan of horror/thriller/mystery/ sci-fi/ western/ just about anything but those romance books my grandmas shelves are full of. I've got an over active imagination and I love to use it, but because my writing skills are a little on the bad side it takes me years to get anything done. I've got 4 stories going right now and about 100 ideas for stories written down. I haven't done much writing lately though because I'm bummed/angry at myself lol. Because I recently lost 4 years of work (367 Pages see I'm slow) when i was updating the save file on my external drive and the house got hit by lighting, and the back up I had on disk ended up being corrupt. (yes I want to shoot myself for being stupid with my backups). Only good news is that the other 3 stories were on another hard drive that wasn't plugged in YAY! Basically joined hoping that by reading/being involved with other people will motivate me to get back to writing. |
