| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ----------------------------------------  ITEM, hell yes. I wonder if they will make more appearances in this arc later as well. The part where Kuroko got turned on also gave me a good laugh. The episode felt really relaxing but I think one of the scientists made their debut. Mm, I hope this arc will be enjoyable. Tears were also shed ;.; Regarding the new girl Febli, she probably knows Misaka and I'm guessing it might be connected to Shinobu. |

| Item people. The girl who was in the hospital is ready for going out, and Uiharu's roommate is leaving with her. That megane guy blaming Kotobuki-san's character for relying on her power too much to capture the thief without thinking about the worst possibility.. Mostly about Uiharu and friendship separation, then blond hair girl. EveryFevry (voiced by Iori Nomizu)? She knows Mikoto? That megane guy seems like one of the lab guy who investigates item people. |

| It's only been two episodes, but this new OP is already growing on me. Woohoo more ITEM! Really hoping we see them more this arc cause Kinuhata seems pretty badass. Dawww, that Haruue/Uiharu crying scene was just too sweet.  I like how they brought back a lot of the characters this episode. Almost forgot how cute this show could be haha. Especially Uiharu and Saten <3 . On another note, those scientists and Shinobu are pretty interesting so far. Overall I enjoyed seeing the group together again and seeing new characters for this arc. Nice episode. |

| So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |
| Weekly reminder that Kongou is a time traveler and we will never see her transfer to Tokiwadai in the second semester. Eh, didn't really care about Haruue and Banri. They hardly matter now and they won't matter again. And these scientists are definitely not Kiharas. They don't have the same appeal as them and just reek of the cliched bad guy thing. Whatever they're planning, it better be good. They're observing ITEM, seem to have something against espers with that exchange with Kongou, and revolves heavily on the blond loli, with Shinobu(?) on the side. Plus an unexpected connection to Misaka. That last part isn't as surprising as it seems. Ah well. They spent 2 days in the episode so the current date is August 25. 2 more days till Angel Fall. Watch as they ignore that phenomenon completely. And watch as the days go on endlessly like those episodes in s1 that seemingly happened between Aug. 8 and 9 where you see Himegami with the cross from Necessarius already but the Poltergeist arc ended on Aug 9. |

I didnt like Kongou in S1.Then I read the manga and guess what,I like her more than half of Misaka's friends.sigh They probably couldnt come up with new Kihara name that is some kind of reference.... I dont see AF as a problem.We probably are supposed to be affected by it too and not notice the changes....It would be funny if Kuroko suddenly became Obama,Misaka Touma's cousin etc.... EFIT:Fremea just got herself a moe rival. |

| It was great to see Mugino again, even if it was only for a minute <3 Hopefully she'll get more screen-time in this filler arc. Oh and seeing Kongou Mitsuko is amazing as usual |
| Christ, this is shaping up to be a bit of a slog. Shinobu showing up at the end was a surprise though. I was certain she had been reduced to a brain in a jar after the Sisters' Arc. |

| It was a pleasant moment between Haruue and Uiharu, but that aside, I'm feeling this whole plot is going to be similar to the whole "I'm going to negate your powers with some noise frequency from a tower and then try kill you with a giant mech." except they'll involve that little girl and there probably won't be a giant mech this time. But I reckon whatever's coming up won't be that bad. |

| Episode was good though not much really happen except the ending name Febli made an appearance. Somehow I felt the emotion between Harue and Uiharu. ITEM had a little screen time though but hints on what they are after. |

Leave it to project Railgun to mess up the Raildex timeline. | I dislike people like that professor the type that claims to know everything better and starting preaching others about it, sure people could have been hurt when Kongo intervened but by letting that thief run like that people could have been hurt as well. So Kongo did the right thing, if you go by the logics that guy was using you could not stop the criminal at all even if you where a normal police officer. People could get hurt when you capture a criminal but if you don't capture the criminal even more people could get hurt. |

| Shinobu at the end? Anyways, this episode was so boring for the most part. I never cared for the two normal girls (Haruue and Banri, I think?). The new loli is cute, and I wanted to see more of the ITEM people. |

Exactly. We say Angel's Fall from Touma's perspective in season one of Index, but for everyone else, nothing was wrong. I'm just glad the stalker was mentioned in terms of keeping continuity. The episode itself was ok. The villains looks pretty one-dimensional with some very generic motivation. Hopefully things get interesting in the next couple episodes and it not just look how cute this little girl is. |
