Hello! My name is Seiya and my nicknames are Japa and Heresiya, so feel free to call me as you want :)
25 years old, I'm a student and a translator, currently living in São Paulo. Got married recently and have a 1-year son and started psychology's college, so things have sped up recently! I still love gaming (League of Legends, Shadowverse and Crossing Void) and anime/manga, but not enough time.
I grew up in Brazil for most of my life and lived in Japan between 1997-1999 and 2009-2011. Also, there was a time period (2012-2017) that I used more English than Portuguese after becoming a NEET. So with all these experiences now I speak Portuguese and English fluently, and my Japanese level is currently around N4.
Well, what about my passions? It's art and guiding! I love art so much to the point that I've considered doing an Art-related college, that dancing is becoming one of my hobbies, that I started Photoshop 8 years ago just because I felt like it, that eloquence/rethoric/prose are my holy trinity, as well that I plan to learn how to draw in the future. Guiding would be something like helping people to find their way, so they can live their life and pursuits to their fullest.

My rating system uses the 4-points scale and the base is enjoyment, hence why it's oriented to high rating. But just because I enjoy things doesn't mean that I won't be balancing my subjective enjoyment with the objective point of view.

The way my enjoyment works is through a strong overarching theme, whether the show presents it in the form of atmosphere, dialogue, adrenaline, emotions, visuals, or some form of philosophy. Essentially, if the show is all wrapped up in a nice package, I don't care what color the package have. This means that some scores can be low even though I enjoyed or high even if I wasn't impressed by it, all because of the production value (art, animation, direction, soundtrack, consistency).

What I search when choosing animes/light novels/mangas is entertainment. Usually, I'll watch the anime regardless if it's good or bad, because then, I'll watch for "everything that is enjoyable" rather than "everyting that is good". Remember that the good anime can only truly shine because they are better than the others by themselves, not the others being necessarily bad.
