| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I don't know if it's early release or something but it seem real for me. It's start when Nagisa was dreaming and center nova have been revived. About Center Nova it was predictable, it's feel like this 2nd season getting more seriously. Yuuko is very happy about it since it was her dream to revive it, she also concerned that Chieri is her rival but also everyone have a chance to become Center nova. Chieri, Sonata & Yukirin got captured but in the end got saved. Nagisa still the same and Chieri father plans something. It's feel kind of odd that characters now been change to they real name instead of the one that they are succession I doubt they will even call it thought. |

| I cant believe its out already! I just saw it on Gogoanime a few minutes ago and when I saw it I was like, its 2013 already!!! I thought this was supposed to be out on January 6, 2013. I wonder why its out so early? Anyway I watched the first episode RAW since the subs aren't out. I pretty much could understand what most of what their saying, I'll just rewatch the first ep when subs come out. |

| Noticed how this episode is done exceptional well. Probably due to the fact that it was at a pre-air screening event. Starting with the concert, ending with battle, the episode was just amazing. I don't expect them to keep up the quality for every episode, but I'm really excited for the rest of the season. MYSTERY OF THE CENTER NOVAS! Now we know that it has something to do with the Kirara Effect, which Chieri's father is experimenting. |

| It was pretty good but I need a HD to see it better. I think the service will be much more exposed. More breasts so far are in episode 1 then other ones so I guess they learned that most males buy this. Well that certainly will please them or should to buy more of them as the marketing works. Actually it's quite surprising the first episode contains service already. Oh well at least about from being sexual with the breast movements comedy wise it was good too so a combination like that of both should be implement in balance like this through this S2. The visuals seem to be better for now till I see HD. The dream of Nagisa suggest to me Uzumaki again: this time however it seems to be a spiral of darkness where one got consumed. I got 2 points from it that are theorems based on S1 so far at most. A: The last AKB0048 singer sacrificed herself to make sure other singing girls aren't consumed by the dark spiral. B: All girls will be going through that dark spiral when they become light and be consumed in thee end dying out eventually. Basically this feels like Madoka again with Kyuubey around. Other than I feel like this season will be darker and that Chieri's father will be a bad villain that will be nasty as one could see of the assault done this episode. Itself is by far more serious than other ones ever done in S1 and nastier. So imagine what other ones will do. So yeah S2 translated in to more service, more action, better SFX/visuals and most of all harder plot with harder elements such as sudden attacks and perhaps more violent assaults. I wonder if they will get as serious as killing a few AKB0048 girls and making it graphical? I wonder of it. |
| That attack/rescue/concert at the courthouse was great and seeing Tsubasa all riled up and pissed was even better. akbfan said: I kinda figured the beginning scene mean that not everyone become idols will make it. Some will fall, others will climb the stairs and rise to the top. It match the theme of the AKB's election for this season. That was pretty much obvious from the beginning. |

| Just watched this with Evetaku's HD release and it was pure awesome. And Chieri's father is plotting something, guess this series has more plot depth than I had originally gave it credit for. |

| Excellent episode and a great start to the series. Action, singing, invading the court, everything this show is about all in the opening episode. I'm expecting another awesome series this season from this show. |

| Hello! I am here again at akb0048 thread! The Official release is finally out and finally in HD! Awesome first episode and now things go a bit deeper now we more of DES, and finally the appearance of Chieri's father. Looks like Yuuko, Chieri and Nagisa will be up and fighting for Center Nova positions. We also have General elections, and the successor trials. Who will be the legendary 14th Atsuko Maeda this time? I'm betting for Nagisa to be one. |
| Sooooo amazing! This is the show I waited for~ I have a feeling this season is going to really surpass the first season. And I"m still thinking that Nagisa's going to shake things up to a degree. Can't wait for the next episode! For me, it's like Winter has finally started with this. I still have to check out some other shows, but things had gone really dead after the shows of Fall had ended. |

| I holded off on watching the pre-air until the episode came out in HD, and wow, I wasn't disappointed. I'm still not fully used to some of the 3D scenes, but they do add a nice little touch to the series. Also, it seems the understudy members have really improved on their voice acting too (Sonata sounds even cuter now than before wow)! The plot is just getting more in-depth, and it's becoming much more enjoyable to watch. :D Can't wait for the next episode. |

| I was actually surprised that they sang a team song but I don't complain. They killed Pioneer! It was the best scene ever! I'm also wondering if they are going to put any SKE/NMB/HKT songs in the anime and if they are going to put members like Sasshi, Jurina or Rena in it. |

| Definitely not a good start. There was about as much fanservice in one episode as the entire first season had during its entire run time. They said "boobs" like half a dozen times. And they really need to explain why the fuck entertainment was banned in the first place. Way too much "these guys are the bad guys; hate them!" black-and-white going on. |
