| I'm glad at how much this anime follows the manga, which is rare for some anime I see. It's finally getting to the point where the story gets very interesting. So far i'm loving this adaptation. Next episode will introduce Hummingbird, and I can already tell that it will be the best episode of the series. |

| Shiro's smile at the end was creepy as hell. That penalty game was disgusting. Censorship was there, but man, I could imagine what that crazy scientist was doing to Senji. |

| NOOOO they censored all the good parts. Mangas way better. That battle is actually better in the anime than in the manga I'll give you that. Shiro going berserk is just insane in the anime. I actually understood more stuff watching it than reading it. |

I agree with you, the censorship is annoying, good thing there's the manga, but apart from that, the animation and soundtrack are good. I have high hopes for an uncensored DVD/Blu-ray release. |

| I loved it! I feel that for the tv version the censorship is acceptable, I'm 100% sure the DVD/Blue-ray release will be uncensored so it doesn't bug me. I definitely liked the design of the carnival corpse better, the bird cage was a nice touch but I'm a little disappointed that they left out the part where Ganta flips off the audience, especially since to me it seems like an important part of his character development. He also cries a whole lot more than compared to the manga. Shiro at the end was PERFECT and the animation seems to be getter better so that's a plus. Although it seems like they can't animate Ganta that well, he's drawn sort of awkwardly in many of his scenes. Overall 4/5~! |

| This is probably the first show where I'm actually glad that there is censorship. Scenes like Crow's eye ripping makes me wonder why I'm watching shows like this. xD And the hell with Shiro scattering all those guards into pieces over the place. That was disturbing and at the same time awesome. Though, the best part was obviously that smile at the end. Good stuff there and it doesn't seem like it would slow down any time soon. :o |

| Lol@most of the censorship complaints being dropped! XD But yeah, if there's anything I'm weak towards, it's the eyes. I can't even look at pointed objects, like a pencil or something, without cringing sometimes. >_> Those albino twins in the beginning, although hardly shown at all, are awesome. They probably won't have much screentime, but I love them anyways. The best part of the whole episode, by far, was... "Ga-ga-ganta, fight! Ganbareee, Ganta, oy!" "Shi-shi-shiro wa--" *muffled noises* The chances of me getting that on the OST are pretty slim, huh? Haha. The OST for this show is really great, though. I hope we get to hear the lullaby Shiro heard extended. The music after she blew up the tower was nice as well. And can Takami please have a little heart? Come on, you can't be so mean to Shiro and still be human, dude. She's kickass and cute at the same time. |

| Wow. Seriously I'm glad for the censors as well. I can handle some things but just the thought of the things you can do with eyes freaks me out. I can't even watch people do that thing where they pull the skin under their eyes down. Asdgjkdjkghdfhkjglk. This is why hobo!Sas will never use contacts. xD; Other than that it was a rather interesting episode and the thing with Shiro was surprising and yet not so much. I dunno. |

| Yeah I don't mind the censors for like... the eye thing. I'm pretty weak when it comes to eye gouging. XD The only censors that bug me are the beeps in the language. I haven't read the manga so idk if they do that in there? Ah well. |

| Ganta cries so much he probably would die sooner of dehydration than blood loss. I still only watch this for Shiro, who has luckily started to get even more interesting. Unfortunately her story seems inevitably tied to that cry baby. |

| And great job Ganta, not realizing that you're actually wasting your own blood by shooting as much as that. Anyway, Carnival Corpse is... pretty much as it should be. Same goes for the punishment game. And that's what happens when you shut the power down, Yoh. Also, it does annoy me a little how they've changed some stuff, but oh well, they still have a chance to make it great in the end. And next episode, finally. <3 |

They take out scenes, as usual but I guess that's fine with me since Ganta reaction and his VA is really paying off this time. Loved that smile by Shiro. | That Shiro plays rough, doesn't she.... The level of gore is a bit more than I expected even with censorship, but I think I'm hooked. (in the "addicted", not the "hanging off of a" sense). |
