It was still laughable during the first 3-4 eps after that it just became awful. Idk how it's so popular it's not that comedy is not my cup of tea either Kaguya Sama has so much better comedy sequences than this. I was reading KonoSuba and it made me laugh more in volume 1 itself than the entire season of Grand Blue |

| Maybe you are not cultured enough right now, or maybe you are not well aware of tropes in anime, maybe you need to watch a bit more anime to develop this taste, or maybe its not for you. |

I admit, I was considering dropping this after episode 3. I just didn't see the hype. It was just "good" for me, and it was to the point where "good" wasn't good enough for me and I'd rather use my time doing other things. I watched episode 4 anyways, and it really changed my tune about this show. Episode 4 all the way to the episode 12 were just great and funny episodes. Really made me laugh and I came to appreciate the humor. (I never had a problem with the male nudity, always thought it was funny) Basically, it only being a great watch in the summer for me, and also not enjoying episodes 1-3 bring the score down for me. |

| There is no appeal. It is just sitting back and chilling while watching some college students doing weird shit along with few diving lesson and beautiful girls. If u are not able to find that watch the next one. People here are too obsessed with find peak shit that they forget that is not the point of watching. |

Well, comedy can be of many types, many categories....Grand Blue is more of a slapstick type which relies on situation and artwork more to create humour....there asre comedies, unlike Grand Blue which rely on writing.... If u don't find this funny, then u probably don't like this genre, or perhaps this particular show is not for you...Most ppl find it funny...but there are also ppl like you who don't.... This is pretty common, just like I like OPM while one of my friends consider it as a waste of time..... I don't think there's a need to create a whole thread over something which is completely one's personal opinion... Even so, enjoy watching animes, mate😸 |

| You should just drop it if you find it boring, it isn't your kind of comedy. As simple as that, you don't miss something at all High rating simply mean it appeals to many people |
