| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Welp, emotions are running high this epsiode among Naofumi's group. Meanwhile, Melty got rejected by Naofumi. Ouch. Seems he also wants to make Raphtalia even more stronger than she is now. The Bow and Sword Hero are also back. Heh, it's been awhile. The Bow Hero even requests an alliance to take on the Waves. Firo also got a new upgrade to her talons. I didn't find this episode exciting but it seems to be building up more into the story. |

| Well, hopefully with the second wave starting next episode things will get more interesting because excluding the beginning of the series Shield Hero has been extremely uneventful and underwhelming so far. Another meh episode this week. |

| Just proves that the Sword and Bow heroes have been treating this world like a game and haven't thought their actions through. Not surprising considering they betrayed a fellow hero at the slightest pin drop provocation, those stinking cowards. |
| Naufumi a isekai protagonist who wants to go back to the real world ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) I liked Filo's little tantrum it was really cutee :) I also liked when Ren actually acknowledged his mistake even though he is the youngest, he sure does act more mature then Itsuki and Motoyasu |
| Good episode, I feel bad for Melty. This had Naofumi and Rapthalia moments, Filo is cute this episode. Sword and Bow hero are both stupid bcuz they treat it like some game. And the next episode is about the 2nd wave with some new character tease. Overall buildup episode. |

| I'm so glad Naofumi ran into Ren and Itsuki cause those two needed to hear that shit they've been spreading everywhere. Also, I actually quite like Ren; he seems like a decent person. Love that Spiderman reference in there too hahaha So excited for the next episode cause it's gonna be lit! |

| I quite liked this episode, it was a good set up for the next wave. I just hope they won't put everything that happens in the next wave into next episode. Please let it be two episodes, I beg of you... But yeah, what happened in this episode was part of the reason why Ren was my favorite out of the other heroes. It did bother him that people had to suffer under his actions, while Itsuki was just an arrogant, stuck-up asshole who only cares about the 'injustice' that happened to him and not what he did to other people. Itsuki was by far the worst of the three heroes, Motoyasu was just a fool, blinded by his loyalty to his party. But Itsuki is just terrible, I really do not like him at all. Anyway, I also liked that Raphtalia only now understood that Naofumi would leave her world in the end. She really looked sad in that moment, my poor girl </3 |
| I felt real bad for Melty but seeing all the reminders of how much the Church and Kingdom continue to fuck with Naofumi, I don't blame him one bit. And the Queen was right, if Melty is truly going to be a good future Queen, she's got to deal with the corruption her own family is causing. Filo's so cute still aghhh when she asked if Naofumi was going to sell her I literally shrieked "NO!" Glad Ren and Itsuki are finally made aware of all the shit they indirectly caused. "Do you have any idea how many people died because of you two?!" Amen. They really remind me of people that play a game with absolutely no care for the lore or how many NPCs die. Because "it's just a game, who cares as long as I get my big fucking hero treatment". But here, the NPCs are living, breathing people and Naofumi just gave them a reality check. Wonder how long it'll take for it to sink in though. Naofumi getting a new sub-party for his group was nice. That scene with their outlines changing color as they were added to his UI really warmed my heart, even as he threatened them if they were planning to betray him. |

| Interesting episode. I liked it. +1. It seems that the queen is a good person unlike his husband and Malty. I like the talk between the Bow and Sword hero with Naofumi. It was necessary. Can't blame Naofumi for not trusting Melty. |

| I'm really satisfied that Naofumi has formed a sub party to help him to fight the waves, and the queen has appeared again and discovered the reason why Melty is sent to the capital. Overall great episode and it has a nice buildup to the 3rd wave (2nd to the Cardinal Heroes). |
| At least Kirito looks like he is reconsidering his action but Yumi guy is piss*d. At least we didn't have to see Prick hero around. I like episode, cannot wait for another one, turd is going to be thrown at air vent. |

| Finally, about time they returned to the good quality episodes. I was getting tired with those dumb SoL moments between Filo and Raph. I really hope the action doesn't get rushed like in the rotten dragon episode. 4/5 |

| that SpiderMan reference cracked me up, though xD "with great power comes great responsibility" Apparently Ren and Itsuki are hypocrites, considering they don't fucking wash their dishes after meals because they think this world is some 4 star hotel with a fancy restaurant :P And my man Naofumi is basically the isekai janitor. |

| This was a good episode compared to 6-8. I feel they've started picking up again after episode 9, and hopefully it continues to get better again. 5-8 adapted the traveling arcs from Vol 2, so that's why I can understand if people find it underwhelming around those areas. The next episodes get into the waves and there's a lot more action, so let's hope it lives up to the hype. Also that Spider-man reference lol!! Gotta have him even in anime shows 8.5/10 |

| I really liked this episode. Good balance between serious stuff and slow buildup. It's also nice to see Naofumi's character somewhat develop: first he learned to not trust anyone and now he starts to be a bit nicer, but without forgetting his past experience. | I also loved how both the Bow and Sword heroes were conveniently in the same place where Naofumi and co got lunch. We haven't seen them for several episodes, now they're both just there. Amaaazing writing. |

| Another underwhelming episode sighs Of course the nuns were ordered by the Capital to deny class upgrades. The show constantly has to bash us in the head how much everyone in this country hates him. I know you’re building the revenge porn, but we get it! I’m not suprised Bow hero and Not Kirito are incompetent morons like the Spear Hero. We gotta make Edgelord Hero look good by swooping in last minute to save the day. It’s sad that they cared more about someone stealing their jobs rather than the people they’re saving. The “great power comes great responsibility” Spider-Man reference was pretty cringe. I really dislike the Naofumi x Raphtalia shipping they’re doing. She’s mentally a kid and he sees her as his daughter. Plus, she’s a slave. It’s just weird. |

| Really Great episode, loved the pace and how it was directed but I'm curious now about that class upgrade thing the queen seems really serious about helping Naofumi. Melty was ignored again... ugh. |

I understand that both princesses have similar first names and sounds very confusing at first, but I don't think I've spelled the name wrong ^^; and I wasn't refering to the loli princess, but since you've talked about it, I think even if she's the young princess, she seems more collected and reasonable than her older sister. |

They went to the trouble of trying to grow their relationship beyond that in episode 7, only to shoe-horn it back in this episode. |
