| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Very minimalists title page for the penultimate chapter. Nice to see everything go more or less as planned. Acnologia smashed to pieces by everyone's combined efforts. Natsu with his powerful puunch on the inside, Fairy Sphere on the out. Good to see Warrod again too, though Mira and Lisanna hugging was my personal favorite panel. XD Anywho, the slayers are back and all seems right in the world. All that's left now is the extra long final chapter. |
| Acnologia is no match for the power of friendship Fairy Tail's final chapter will be 48 pages long. Chapter 545 entitled "Irreplaceable Friends" https://twitter.com/yonkouprod/status/885393699202408450 this manga will be more memorable for me if it has a bittersweet ending, 1 more chapter to find out |
| Natsu is the King Not a bad ending I guess, it's such a shame the series was tarnished by the last arc. All in all it's not a terrible manga but this could have been done a lot better. At least Acnologia died in away that was acceptable for someone of his power and Lucy actually being the one who ends it (and Natsu) and not plot killer Erza. |

| 3/5- Hey! The exceeds! Remember The Edolas Arc? Haha. To be honest, I kinda expected the final battle to end this way with a "power of feelings/friendship" attack. Looks like Natsu gets to be the first and only Dragon Slayer kill a dragon. I know everyone gave him the power to do so but it was by his fist regardless. I also loved that Natsu said he doesn't need to be a king, that's a good line. I thought it was super cool that Meredy used her link magic to save the day but that is probably the biggest ass pull I've ever seen. Since when can she link an entire continent's magic?! Based off my memory since it's been a real long time since she's been relevant but I've only ever saw her link with 2 people. Anyways, final chapter next week...Despite how annoyed I am with how this last arc unfolded, I personally still love Fairy Tail. It's been part of my entire adult life up to this point. I started reading this when I was 19 in the Early 2009 and now I'm 27 (almost 28). I'm going to feel a deep and sad void when this is gone but at least I can look forward to the anime whenever that returns. |

| Well it was good I guess. Well drawn chapter and it was the best possible way for Acnologia to die, considering how this arc has been. When you think about it, people died in this arc!!!! Villians of course but they actually DIED. Sarcasm aside, that NaLu moment was so sweet. Damn, 48 pages next week. As much as I despise Fairy Tail tight now (because of the final arc) it's hard to say goodbye to something that you have read/watched weekly for so many years. |

| This was...pretty bad haha. That was spirit bomb levels of nakama power up. All these shounen final battles are so bad ;---; Like, I read shounen and enjoy it as a guilty feel good pleasure, but this is just bad. Natsu saying I'm home was cute, but meh. The last few arcs were pretty bad :( I'm guessing the final chapter will probably time skip shipping galore. Oh well. Was a nice ride while it lasted. |
| THis whole 20-30 chapters has been rushed soooooo much, i mean i like fairy tail and been followed it for the start.. and this was.. kind of.. a let down. and HARD FUCKING letdown.. mashiro has been hyped everyone soo much about this and we get this .. i .. i dont know how to feel.. and going down all cause of "the power of friendship" im sorry but this felt.. too cliche ;-; i wanted something more of a fight,, best part maybe was when they came back and the page with lucy and natsu (that position tho.) this last episode better be something good.. breathtaking.! |

| That was ....bad and predictable as hell. Acnologia's defeat is exactly what I pictured and went the way it did. I wonder if they will reveal anything for the final chapter. As it's double the length, they'll probably resolve everything. |

| And in the end, all it took to defeat Acnologia was a one-shot nakama power up punch, after previously not being able to even touch him. That's pretty much what I expected in terms of how the fight would end. Nothing much to say here really, it was basically the typical "Fairy Tail winning through nakama power" thing that we've seen time and time again. It was a bit nice to see a bunch of old characters though. All that's left is to get through 48 more pages, which I'm almost certain will consist of a timeskip showing that all the ships that have been teased for years have sailed, and they'll most likely all have kids. |

| Even if they managed to stop his movements, Natsu shouldn't have been able to to Jack shit to Acnologia, but hey I guess that's too much logic for Mashima to follow. |

| 1/5 voting is taking over the poll LoL XD Well, my personal rating is 4/5. Though of course the latest arc defend too much on nakama powaa, it's still enjoyable. Besides, if nakama powaa disappear from FT, we can't make a joke out of it anymore right? XD And of course my personal best moment is when Natsu fell on Lucy, at that time I was like "just kiss already like some cliché scene in other anime!!!!" Even though I know that won't happen Lol XD The end battle is over with one big punch (as expected) but it was better than bleach. At least the last battle in FT is easy to understand while I really can't understand what happened in bleach's last battle.. Maybe my IQ is too low to understand it..? Lol XD Waiting for One Piece last battle next! ^v^ |

| Wow, they took the power of friendship meme literally... I really don't want to dislike this manga, but it pretty much doesn't leave me another option. The only thing left I'm looking forward to would be some nice last momens of the Fairy Tail members. |

| Well it was nice to see everyone from around the continent unite their magic to help seal Acnologia's body in Fairy Sphere. Natsu one punching Acnologia & defeating him. Nakama power is too strong. 1 more chapter to go. |

| Couldn't even give Acnologia a dignified death.. just a lame punch and he disintegrated, like what the fuck happened to no magic can harm him? that fairy sphere was utter bullshit as Acno's ability should allow him to absorb those magic and the combined power in Natsu's hand. He pretty much lost by a normal lame punch if that was the case. Talk about anti climatic |

| Its been so bad and so rushed the E.N.D fight was average and this one was horrible put no respect on Acnologia its a damn shame, he was also such a badass villain and because of nakama rip. Hiro dont fuck around better let my mans Gray nock Juvia down next chapter |

| That was so rush that I didn't feel anything at all during this chapter. Not even during the "I'm home" moment which had great art & I know that if it was the old Mashima style it would have touched me... but the way it is now it felt like sh*t |
