| You shouldn't be surprised that it's filler lol, I mean, look at how far the manga is >_>... I don't know why they were in such a rush to make this an anime, it could have been a lot better. |

| My thought is that we will have one more big action filled arc that will leave the series on the same note as Index. If you pay attention at the end of the upper level arc you see the one woman swallow what appears to be a yellow pill, this is also shown in the opening sequence. |

| I knew what was gonna happen since the start of the episode, so it was EXCEEDINGLY BORING, not to mention its now 2 episodes in a row that they developed highly unimportant characters. |
| Well, despite its a filler episode , i quite enjoyed it. but this anime is really going downfall because of this series of fillers. Looks like next episode will be a filler again... Man, if this series of filler continues, looks like we will never see imouto arc. I really want to see imouto arc cause in index they didn't show it when Misaka destroyed the factory that related to the clone development. |

| I enjoyed this filler episode...even though it may be a bit slow for some. It doesn't really matter to me if they just show fillers till the end of the season because I'm sure there will be more on the Index universe. |

| This being the 18th episode, I no longer hold hope for an upcoming appearance of Accelerator. This makes me sad panda. Huh? Pizza Hut? MARCOO? The intro was hilarious. Despite all the last episodes being fillers, I really liked this one. Sad panda for dorm mistress, though. |

| The casual daily life theme doesn't really work for this show, somehow it always end up being quite slow and boring. But at least Kuroko is there to brighten things up, without her it would be unwatchable =) |

| What's the point of making it a 24 episodes series if half of them are filler? This should have been stopped at episode 12. On another note: I liked this episode. It was nice. |

| Why didn't they just only do 13 episodes or something like that? I don't mind fillers in general... but if they suck, they just suck and that makes the anime suck. I really liked the anime at first, but now I always think of lowering its score a bit. |
| Sigh. I think the manga is allot better, they are actually accomplishing things in the manga while here in the anime they keep putting episodes that look like fillers to me. At the beginning i would have rated this anime a 10/10 but now i have lowered to 7/10 |

| Haha, it made me laugh hard. I don't really know where the series is going since there's no main plot for 5 eisodes now, but that's perfectly fine when secondary characters are as interesting as they are in Railgun and the background sufficiently developped. |
