| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I think there's a lot of room for Hitoka to improve. She definitely has a lack of confidence and doubt but I like how her teammates, in particular Hinata offering her support. I also find it funny at how shy is in front of guys changing XD Loved the pacing of this episode as well. I think she's going to get used to what she's doing pretty soon. Oh that scream lol  |

| A trouble with bus reserve. The new girl trying to get used to the new atmosphere with mostly guys and trying to figure out why they are so serious in volleyball even for practices. She also needs to decide if she wants to join the club or not, and her mother is so harsh when giving advices. She decided to use photography to help out with the club money and officially joining the club. lol @ her mother's shock, and even helped her daughter with poster making. lol @ the end with waiting to get the test result. Seeing coach of Nekoma, and new member for Karasuma? in preview. |

| yachi officially joins the club!! Her mother was an okay character.. better than i thought. The donation poster was sweet and very well designed. And biggest LOL to me was when Hinata recounted the times he screwed up with his fellow members at the club. Also, best way for an ending - test results. |

| Man that practice game combined with the OST was way too hype I'm really happy that Yachi came around and decided to officially join the family....Can't wait to see how her dynamic with everyone grows because the way she settled things with her mom was great I got a shit ton of feels when I saw that poster and Yachi's installation as the new manager though :''') That ending tho, their faces were golden LMAO |

| FANTASTIC EPISODE, SHIT! Got massive goosebumps when i saw the poster made by Yachi. She is awesome and her story about joining the club was very well done, too. Also some nice and short volleyball with the amazing OST's returning. I loved this. |

| Great moment with townsperson B and Kageyama laughing that way to say it. I loved it. Also upper body Hinata, need so much. seemed to just cover 75 & 76 (except for showing us what Yachi drew). |

| Why is this series so good T^T The way Yachi was developed that much in just one ep and DAT "Little Giant Returns" Poster was so awesome. The poster scene gave me chillz. So many fun moments. Tanaka's reason for wanting Yachi being "With u around Kiyoko talks a lot" lol It's true tho. Seeing Shimizu talk and smile this much is too much for my kokoro. So kawaii <3 The way Shimizu just told Asahi "Ur hair's tied so strongly I think u'll go bald" was so lol Yachi's such a great addition to the cast. I like her mom a lot too. What she said was totally true about not joining passionate people with half-assed feelings. And her crying after she saw her daughter growing up :*) The interval with Yachi serving the ball into Hinata's face was hilarious too Finally nxt ep. The training camp shall commence. Gonna be so much fun. Can't wait for them all to get stronger and Tsukki's amazing character development too |

| It was very nice to see Yachi grow a little bit in this episode, and now that she's officially a manager she'll just continue to grow as a character. The faces of our 4 lovable idiots at the end when they were preparing to get their tests back were priceless lol, especially Tanaka's. Looks like we're gonna get a lot of gameplay next episode. | Such a fantastic episode! I've always had a soft spot for Hinata's story with how he was inspired by the Little Giant, but for him to be on the poster spiking a volleyball and thus inspiring others, now that is so fantastic that I can't even deal with the joy I'm feeling right now. Yachi is such a great character-- I like how she serves as a foil to Hinata and the team as she is unsure if what she wants to do and go about things. Even so, she got so much character development to the point that she is now confident of her decisions and improved her relationship with her mother. Now, her mother, an epitome of show and not tell, as we can tell that she probably was not as confident or business like as now and that she doesn't want her daughter to feel the powerlessness she has. That is so refreshing how certain character traits are implied through interactions rather than giving us an info dump. I like how Yachi mom was talking actual business with her as Yachi worked hard on that poster. Best of all, Yachi and Hinata's interactions. Hinata, obliviousness aside, really was serious when it came to Yachi's problem, and I loved how he inspired her to do what she wants even if she doesn't have a reason to. I loved the comparison they made with losing and hunger. And I became at awe when Hinata spoke the words"At this rate, you can't move forward." Goddam Hinata, why must you stir people's hearts without realizing it? This is not a shoujo manga, get with the program! But yeah, I ship Yachi x Hinata so much. I haven't felt this strongly over a ship in a long time and it's only been 3 episodes! Season 2, please continue to bring on the volleyball action, great OSTs, comedy (last scene with the four idiots, anyone?), and maybe a dash of romance (I want to see Hinata and Yachi call each other by their first names this century at the very least). |

| That moment when you write out the entire episode response only to get the name wrong... Yachi was really great this episode! I love her so far and I'm really happy with her being manager. Not sure how I feel about the older manager - It just seems really weird for her to be randomly talking when she seemed so shy before. Maybe I'm just imaging things there. I ship Yachi and Hinata so hard right now - Especially when he was encouraging her. So many feels in there as well, with the trouble talking to her mother. Most memorable moment: When Hinata saw that poster. I can imagine how much it meant to him to see something like that ♥ |

It's really amazing how Haikyuu can elicit such emotions without trying to (I doubt the scene was made with crying readers/watchers in mind). | Great episode. Hitoka having issues on whether to join the club. So glad she joined in the end. She is a great addition to the team. The poster looks amazing. Always great to see Hinata and his awesome jumps. Test results are back. |

| Wow, this was straight-out a really wonderful episode. I couldn't help but to feel all warm and happy seeing Yachi discovering for herself what she wants to do. Seeing people being passionate about something spreads to anyone that has an open mind, which this episode captured really well. This episode really showed what communication is all about, as shown between Yachi and her mother. To actually consider the other side's view, and then giving a response and receiving one in return, it honestly just felt great after seeing Yachi stepped out of her comfort zone by telling her mother, and in return her mother did the same ^^ That poster... the entire team's efforts were depicted in whole by that single poster, in a very powerful way too as it connects the past to the future, the team's impact on Yachi, and Yachi's impact on the team, and then to the surroundings. What was so fulfilling about this episode was that this chain of events were actually meaningful, and strictly improved an already amazing anime to even greater heights. Fabulous episode! T.T |

| I love Hinata and Yachi's friendship tbh it's so refreshing. And I love how a main focus of Haikyuu!! is character development and 'moving forward' in aspects not just relating to volleyball; it's quite unique for a sports anime and I love it. |
