| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- To put it more simple. We got SP episode today (7 August). Episode 6 on tomorrow (8 August) and episode 7 on 21 August: This SP episode was nice, well for those who havent absorbed the story yet. what to say more, its a recap XD Episode 6 Suruga arc :D she has had same problem like koyomi;;;;being harrased by hitagi lol quiet a tomboy! interesting to see. |

| Senjougahara seemed more awesome this episode for some reason. This episode was great in comparison to the previous arc haven't seen an episode this good since 1 and 2, wonder if it will continue like this =] |

| "what is flooded on top and burning on the bottom." "A bath heater?" "Wrong. The answer is Kanbaru Suruga's house" lol. Hitagi sure is scary. She sounded like she wasn't joking at all when she made the statement. Not to mention, the pen scene was really intense. |
| Awww they didn't change the OP. Better and better that's where this show is going. Again the episode was great, Araragi and Mayoi's conversation was funny, his with Senjougahara was pleasantly disturbing, and finally Hanekawa's almost monologue over the phone was nicely done. The way Araragi got beat up at the end was unexpected, that certainly surprised me in a good way. Poor guy with his weird harem. ^^ So is Kanbaru jealous of Araragi because he "tamed" tsundere-chan before she could? |
| I wasnt expecting Mayoi to be out in this ep, it made me happyryarya :D I got scared on that last scene where she attacked him, i kinda jumped off my seat lol wasnt really expecting it. Wanna see hitagi gets almighty pissed next episode about the issue of "only she could kill him" Oh well 2 weeks is going to be some hard wait Sent with Mal Updater |

| O_O end of the episode was amazing! I cant wait for next episode. Senjougahara and arararagi are both cool characters, oh and i like that snail too xD( "i stuttuted" made me laught like crazy). I havent made my opinion of the new character yet, but she seems to be crazy stalker -_-. |

| I'm really glad that I started watching at the beginning, as I'm not able to watch more than two episodes after each other... At the end I was like: Rail Tracer? x_X xD Probably Kanbaru, but why would she be so insane... Well, that was the question with Senjougahara at first as well, but she was also awesome this episode. I feel sorry for Araragi... Geh, I even wanted to typ Arararagi or something. |

| As if Senjougahara wasn't deadly enough, here comes a competitor for deadliest female. Araragi is lucky to have fast regenerative skills, else he'd be a dead man. And her reaction as cold as she could when she sees him lying there was funny as heck. |

| I waited since the first episode to see some good BLOOD! I knew the time would come... :D Now bear with me, I've got a theory: I think those "oddities" might be a metaphore for modern day fairly common problems. Senjougahara has the side effect of losing her weight: that might symbolize an eating disorder like anorexia or bulimia. Mayoi's father separated from her mother, and she can't "find her way" no more: that might symbolize the fragility of family bonds nowadays, and after they're broken you can't find your way home, or to the people you love. Now, to Kanbaru: we know she was an ace, and we know her arm is injured. I doubt her "monkey oddity" allows her to jump higher that usual, she's been good since middle school (just as Senjougahara was before losing weight, if I'm not mistaken). So her oddity must have something to do with her violence. I suppose she is frustraded for not being able to play basketball (maybe her only passion in life?), then the monkey attacked her: now she is diverting her overflowing frustration on violence. This might symbolize the loss of values and meaning in life for younger generations. It all sounded way more clear in my mind. >_> ps: I loved how there was only one car model during the whole episode. :D |
| Dull episode until an absolutely fantastic bloody ending. Quite a strange one, I can't say that I didn't like it, but on the other hand, it wasn't a great episode either. |

| Wow, that episode was something else. To see Araragi get punched about like a ragdoll was strangely entertaining. Also the conversation between him and Senjougahara was pretty good, too. |

| I'm just the guy that tries to find a meaning behind everything that is even slightly mysterious... And in this show they talk a lot, but barely at all about oddities, so I think there could be something behind. Anyway, this is an extremely enjoyable (and purely SHAFT :D) show, and I'm loving witty dialogues, red/black screens, word plays... The second meaning is second not only by name. :) |
