There's nothing to say really. Read the synopsis and you got the whole story. Animation and sound is average, characters are shallow but can't expect much from 28min.
Overall an ok show, good to watch if you need something to put you to sleep.

Put you to sleep? I nearly slipped into a coma. Such a waste of an anime.

Not bad. The animation wasn't too bad, but some frames were very well drawn, and Ginga just happened to be one of my favorite type of anime character, although he was badly developed. Still, it was only 28 minutes.

Lots of potential for something much longer. It was certainly watchable, but I felt like even if it had just been the length of a movie (90-120 minutes), it would have been so much better.

Pretty boring indeed, but not as sleep-inducing as Aria and 5cm Per Second, nothing beats them in terms of boredom.
Overall a quite uninteresting OAV, with average characters, a not enough developed story, and pathetic music.

I found the show to be pretty boring. The art was muted in color, the animation was bland, and the voice acting was unemotional.

I'm not bashing anybody who enjoyed the show, but I guess it just wasn't for me. :/

The story itself seemed bizzare to me..

Hoshizora Kiseki is not an anime easy to pin the genre of… It's part field trip anime (the trip to the shooting star), part comedy (Kozue's interaction with her friend), and part romance with the two leads. And it tries to do all of this in 27 minutes. Considering its short length, Hoshizora Kiseki does a satisfactory enough job of introducing you to its peppy, likable heroine Kozue. I also like how they explain her relationship with Ginga, which is not as random an encounter as it seems at first. Now to one of my complaints about this ONA, why Ginga was so special? Is he a human? A hybrid? Or an alien? They didn’t explain it enough… Sadly this ONA is too short to be of much substance…

The ED song was nice. But that's about it.

Still wondering if Ginga is an alien or what? From what he seems, he is a strange individual.

The story was fast paced, animation average and the characters plain as a board. Kozue annoyed the hell out of everything.

5/10, just that 'average'

This was interesting, but it wasn't long enough to be anything extraordinary.

What a waste of time, this was awful, the characters, the story, the animation, everything about it.
It’s time to ditch the text file.
