Coco becomes useful! Also new combination attack, im surprised milky rose was not in it. Im guessing she'll get her own upgrade after a while. Great action in this ep.

Ok, Syrup hid behind the door, feigning that he was running away. That's actually kind of smart. The part where they just let Coco into Eternal's HQ? Not that much. I mean, there could be more of them in there.

I believe the PreCure Wikia states that Eternal's HQ is based on a British museum. Like, I don't want to bring this up since this is a kids' show and all, but I think it could be referencing the fact that some museums have antiques stolen from other cultures.

I think I'm starting to like the bad guys here a bit more as villains. I mean, it has Okuyasu, DIO, Yoshihiro and all but I just kind of liked how Nightmare was the perfect foil to the Cures. The word "nightmare" is opposite to "dream" (as in Cure Dream). Their team consisted of animals that preyed on butterflies (butterflies being the Cures' theme). And they're office workers (as opposed to the Cures being students). It's just perfect thematically. Eh, I guess the Eternal are kind of like office workers as well (but in a museum instead of an office). But I'm not sure what is the theme of the "animals" they transform to. Butterfly predators as well? Rose pollinators? Scorpions kind of make sense, but not the octopus.

To be honest, I kind of expected some sort of conflict while Coco and Syrup were roaming inside the HQ. But I guess it makes sense that the only thing that happened is meeting the director. I mean, they aren't accompanied by a Cure, so they're basically kind of powerless. That, and their other friends are left in Natts House.

Also, whoa whoa whoa! The Cures now have swords? If I remember correctly, Karen fought with a sword? But yeah, what I'm saying is out of all the Cures, Karen looks the coolest with a sword. Also, looked it up and a Fleuret is basically a type of French sword or something.

It sure is Revolutionary Girl Utena in here. Rapiers and rose motifs, huh.

I've noticed with the 6 person team, the Precures can function with a variety of combinations, not needing to have their full team active in every episode. Also, I've noticed that Yes Precure 5 has its leads take a lot of dirt naps. With the upgraded art and animation, it's particularly noticeable in Go Go. When Lemonade was about to get knocked into the Eternal building, Anacondy caught and knocked her to the side in a surprisingly brutal manner for the series.

Also, I don't think I've seen an indictment on acquiring cultural treasures and repurposing as part of a museum quite like this before. I want to say I've seen this in Indiana Jones, but I'm not sure if it was ever quite this direct. There's actually a lot to unpack here, as it questions whether archivists, historians, and collectors can properly assess and preserve valuable treasures as well as their proper owners.

It's crazy how much more interesting things have gotten. I've suddenly found myself really needing some answers now lol. Can't wait to see what more GoGo! has to offer later on.

Always love those small but impactful moments where the animation suddenly steps tf up in this series lol. Really makes things so much more tense!

That last attack was sweet!

Really awesome episode. Very impacting even if the middle of first season was still darker, we have the first villain who almost KILLED the Precure and their friends.

Also very good character devlopment for Syrup, and the powerup was absolutely great, like "One for all, all for one !"
