She didn't appear in the third season except for tiny-framed flashbacks and the final couple of chapters (if you include the extra filler that looked like it belonged in season one, but was there most likely for retrospect). Too bad she didn't get a bigger role, since her entire reason for existing (love interest and brawn to Fugimaru) was replaced by Hibiki. Although I am happy for Hibiki getting a happy ending. Well, at least Aoi seemed to get some closure and is moving on, after Fugimaru's father's death, as shown when she swaps the really old karate photo of his father and her in the picture frame, for the recent wedding group photo. The only reason why this third season gets a 9/10 from me though, is because two people are still alive that I wished weren't: The first, being Falcon's first target/villain shown; the convicted sex-offender/extortionist/pedophile/rapist teacher, that had his junk crushed to a bloody pulp. I'm happy he got tortured, and if he lived after that; will have to live dickless for the remainder of his life. But then there's the mass-murderer/terrorist, Maya. Just because she has a pretty (plastic) face, doesn't make her excusable for her countless crimes. She doesn't even make me think of her as a "victim", unlike Snow White, whom I still wonder what happened to after she got her revenge on Peter Pan. Third-i seems to still be hot on Maya's trail though...not that we'll get any more chapters to show anything else. |

| I want another season, where we get to see their adorable many children! Also, poor Maya. Can't help but feel sorry for her. At least she's come around...somewhat. Glad she didn't shoot. 10/10 for this season, mainly cuz I love the characters and ending. 9/10 for the other 2 |

| Typical happy ending, but I don't mind it, though I feel as if it shouldn't have ended yet, even though I am sort of tired of the series. The ending didn't exactly give me that end feel, as we still have J and his team roaming around, the case with Maya, and will Hibiki's country not continue to pursue her any longer? I wouldn't mind a 4th season. :) |

| Huh, I haven't had anything that intense for a while. I read somewhere that the author for this series was working on multiple long runners at the same time but dang, he managed to still pull this one off well. I'm also quite shocked because he's also the author for Kindaichi series, Area no Kishi, Tantei Gakuen Q and Shibatora. Like damn, that's a power house writer. I'm pretty satisfied with the romance between Otoya (best boy) and Haruka, and especially, Haruka's development in the 3rd season. The romance between Hibiki and Fujimaru was way too forced even from the start. They had over 80 chapters to work with those two but it still felt unnatural. I liked the pacing in this season since it wasn't too flamboyant and wild like the previous one. I'm glad they finally resolved the main plot. Part of me wants to give this a 7 out of 10 but I feel like it wasn't meaningful enough overall. Quite enjoyed it though and I really want to read more manga with this level of thrill and intensity. |
| Finally,after keeping this manga on hold for 4 years i have completed this manga and this final chapter was beautiful.overall i will give this series a 8/10 |
| Underrated series 9/10, binge reading all 3 seasons in a month, hoping for anime adaption. |
