| That didn't answer much of anything man. Such a disappointing ending that got rushed. His mom dreamed they were on the island so they made an island somehow? What? What happens to everyone? Hades and Kou? None of that gets explained? Were they clones? Created? Stuck in a time warp? Nothing? No couples. No answers. I really liked this series, but the end went to shit fast as it went way too fast without enough time to give real answers. |

I did haha And I've got to agree, even though I like fan service, to use in the first place and to that extent in the FINAL chapter was felt indeed like a slap in the face. |
| I really doubt it was cancelled... Come on, not even Shounen Jump cancels a series after 20+ volumes! If it was really that bad, they'd have cancelled it way sooner... Really, I just can't figure out what's in the mangaka's head. Hopefully there wil be a sequel, but honestly I doubt it... It's really a pity. |

The chapters are done a few weeks before their publication, so it's obvious they know how many chapters are still to go before it ends... They just announced it to build suspense |

| If he did "Run out of Ideas". Then thats pretty dumb. The manga could have endless possibilities and countless ideas. >_> js. The only thing i liked was how mature everyone looked after the time skip. |

She dreamed something about her Son and his Friends having Adventures on the Island, because she might wanted it to happen, but what happend to Akira and the Others really happend or else the Chapter would have ended after his Mum died. Someone at Mangafox wrote that this Manga got cancelled. Maybe this Ending was the Best Ending the Author could do now in 3 Chapters and who knows, maybe the Author had this Ending from Begin in his Head and wanted to fill the Manga with more Details, but couldn't. Look at the Detective Conan Author. He said he has the Ending for Detective Conan in his Head already. |

| Seriously... how can this be the end? How the heck did they think it was a good idea to ignore a plot of 180 chaps and put 4 in the end that supposedly answer everything? It's like they skipped a big portion of the manga. I can't comprehend it. Apart from the explanation of how the island existed where it shouldn't be.... everything else was crap. Especially Sengoku's mother with her dream of seeing her son and the others ON that island. For a second, I believed that maybe everything was her dream. At least that would make some sense. But no. It just had to be that bad. |

| Well, the ending could have been worse. And the dead are still dead... But we will see what his next series is. A sequal? A concurrent story to Cage? Something different? And we also have a potential new ending should this series ever become an anime. |

| I FUCKING HATE these timeskip endings. They always use it as an excuse to rush an end to a series without providing any explanations to how they came to be. It's like Mahou Sensei Negima! all over again. |

| Well I was prepared for a bad ending so I'm not too disappointed... What I don't get is why the mangaka had to bring up the possibility of the world being under a biological attack on the last chapter, there was enough unexplained things already no need to add more. |

| That ending actually managed to make me angrier than I thought it would. Was all this bullshit just in his mother's head this whole time? And what the hell was up with that impossibly cheery upbeat tone? Have they all lost their sanity? 7/10. I can't say it didn't start out wonderful, but it sure did take a nosedive in its final year. |

| Need sequel whit they go into japan and the world is pwned by the extinct animals brought from the island and they going to build a time machine to so they evade the plane crash <----- that's on of my ideas how this could end but not this!!!!!! |
| Nothing about the how they even time traveled was mentioned at all. Nothing about the mysteries of the plane crash and nothing about Hades or Akira's best friend guy either. Was a good managa overall, but so little was explained, and the ending just felt stale. 8/10 |

| Shounen manga tend to have really bad endings, and this was no execption. I mean they didn't answer the biggest question I wanted to know. How did they get to the island in the first place? I mean was it a time paradox?, Are they actually clones? or was this just all a dream? If they had anwsered that question I would have been find with the ending. But overall it was a decent manga. 8/10. PS: Some people mentioned that Cage of Eden is published by Jump. Actually its published by Magazine. Doesn't really change anything but yeah... |
