| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Was yelling "noo!!!" Once I heard the ending theme because I was wanting/expecting the Phantom Troupe attack to happen at the end of this episode. However in the preview of the next episode it looks like we'll get the 1st Phantom Troupe attack plus Uvogin vs the Shadow Beasts(or at least the start of the fight)! Other Thoughts: Episode was little bit on the slow side but that just means next weeks ep will be PACKED with all the good stuff. |

| Did Kurapika's skin get paler? I just randomly noticed... But dang, I love Leorio. And I was wondering if they were gonna keep the beetle cellphone's design the same (because they upgraded the other phones), glad to see they did. Seeing Killua's outfit change again is making me wonder where Gon's other clothes are. And I was a little sad that they left out Killua's comment on one of the auction terms sounding perverted. xP As for stuff in the second half... Gon's acting at first was sort of pathetic in a cute way. And wow, this is literally the first episode in this anime that I actually loved the BGM. And it wasn't distracting to me at all, rather, I thought it fit great. 5/5~ |
| Lol, I like how the Direct tweak the 10 year old Beetle phone to make it better than Today's Iphone and android. I almost thought Gon was just going to get a Iphone. |
| Pretty chill episode imo. I'm not quite sure, but I felt like they really covered a lot of chapters with this episode. It was kinda weird but it still flowed together nicely. It's nice to finally be able to see the four main characters in the same episode again. Leorio's the same funny dude he's always been. And seeing the Phantom Troupe was cool as always, although I do wish they would've done more this episode. Oh well, next couple of episodes should be pretty epic! Can't wait for that Kurapika/Uvogin fight! |

Occasionally he'll wear a tank top and shorts when training as well as in the Greed Island Arc. He rarely changes outfits. Leorio too. Suit all the way! Killua changes outfits more often. As does Kurapika. idk why, ask the mangaka. lol |

| I'm upset they left out Leo's bargaining and Killua's comment on 'binding' auctions XD;; but ah well. I still love it... I loved Killua's facial expression when he worked out how many people Gon would have to beat to earn enough money--Shizuku was really cute after the match too. Also, LEORIOOOOOOOOO! I missed you ahh ;w;. I actually thought they did the soundtrack well on this episode for once! I loved that first track that was playing while Gon and Killua were walking around the markets. The music actually fit what was going on for a change. Let's keep it up ;;; I screamed "UVO" at the preview. I cannot WAIT for next week! |
| Like d_2 said there was a lot of dialogue left out due to time or more important scenes being extended like Senritsu's mission, Hisoka eying Kuroro, etc. But the arm wrestling scenes were overall better imo. | Why did they leave out the bargaining scene and Kil's "I was wrong" comment about leorio's awesomeness and his other line..It wouldn't have taken 40 seconds... Melody took half a minute just to pull up her sleeve, and other wasted seconds could have been used for that.. I like how they brought back that track from trick tower ep.12 when Gon was trying out Kil's skateboard and now with more instruments, sounds very death note/Yorknew-esque Phinx drinking like a boss Great episode but I'm waiting for the next 2 the most |

| One of the best episodes, the directing was top notch. The scenes flowed well and the music worked most of the times. I wished they would've skipped the OP and ED to perhaps fit "you know what" in, but oh well. |

 I didnt think Leorio was still relevant and I guess he is still HxH's take on the Usopp character. Oh well at least the powerful trio here can keep things good so I can easily forget him. Kind of disappointed in the Phantom Troupe, they will get destroyed by even Gon, and Killua and Kurapika if Chizuru's strength is anything to go by. Feitan at least better deliver some power and Shalnark I hope, no one could I see them lose easily to Gon like she did. On Melody |

Instead, Shizuku has another kind of nen, and he developed a specific ability. On Melody It's the same in the manga. Leaving it to your imagination. |

With there unique abilities it comes to a jan-ken-pon system when a beats b, b beats c, and c beats a easily, so there aren't a raking :) But they will analyse this later on, and the conclusion will be the amount of experience and the knowledge of the opponent that counts most :) (The abilities also count, but those can't be changed easily and costs much more than you can win with it :) Like Hisoka explained it when he fought with Kastro.) |

| Leorio wasn't useless at all. It was an update episode for him, also he's trying his best to help the little kids get their game!! lol He still has an important role later on in this arc, so expect to see him. The next weeks are gonna be amazing for sure. |

| Good Episode... I think they cut out some stuff that was in the manga... but overall good stuff. I can hardly wait for for Kurapika's nen abilities to be shown in the upcoming weeks. |
| Hey hey people, i think saying the type of nen of the guys from Phanton Troupe counts as spoiler >.> I didn't read the manga. Anyways, loved the episode, the background music was fantastic and loved the tension in the arm wresting, kurapika talking to the girl and Hisoka just staring at Lucifer. =] He is so insane. |

| Good episode, but i'm a little disappointed madhouse shortened Leorio's haggling scene, I thought it was pretty funny in the manga lol. By the looks of the preview we'll be seeing plenty of action! next week. I can't wait to see this animated. |

| Took me 16 days for me to get to the newest chapter! XD A record based based on the las animes I watched. Thi is so good! I think this York-shin saga has the same feeling as the war in One Piece... everyone getting together, with its own reason! Remembers me of Baccano too! |
