What's the point of these flashbacks other than making me dislike Seiyuu? It for sure isn't helping her current situation.

OK well this is... DIFFERENT. (bad different)

The angsty salaryman Yokado chapters were powerful, deep dark angsty stuff that took forever to read, looking at every little detail and expression to get what's going on.... From all the tension and drama and confusion, I'd figured there was some dark history conntecting Seiyuu to Nagoya. If he were a bitter shell of a man in a wheelchair, a somber suicidal sort, or a cold older man that she was somehow debt-bonded to, I'D GET IT.

BUT NO!

...he's JUST YOUR AVERAGE BLEACHED BLONDE OPPORTUNIST ASSHOLE, COMPLETE WITH IDIOT GRIN AND NO SUBSTACE??!

Who she's with just cause he managed to flirt his way right to a hotel and popped her cherry before ever dating her. And all the while, she wasn't even that into him???

HUH. So far so good, depressing as it seems, this goes quite well with the sad realism of the rest of the story. If you fall hard for a silly girl in her mid-twenties, chances are, her heart and mind have some sentimental attachment to a moron like that. But flushing the little bastard from her soul and purging his very memory shouldn't be that hard, really.

Ok, so we now see exactly why she chose to go work in Tokyo, rather than stay with him. Why he didn't bother following her. And why she won't bother spending more than a weekend a month with the lil idiot.

BUT THEN, *WE* HAVE TO PUT UP WITH HIM FOR A WHOLE VOLUME (or more)? WHAAAA?!?

...bam, suddenly, "Usotsuki Paradox" does a face-heel turn and becomes an empty shoujo.

Volumes 1-3: 10/10
Volume 4: 3/10 (would be 10/10 if it got split into 2-3 half-chapter flashbacks for the "he's nothing of consequence after all" reveal, but.. a whole ARC of this? Meh. So dissappointed... kinda understand why further translation has stalled.

so let me get this straight the dude apologised and she just fuked him and gave him her cherry, and thats why she loves him so much. shes just a freaking easy hoe. she leaves yokaido even though shes the one that seduced him first wtf seriously hating seyu. hope yokaido goes with the othere girl.
