| Beautiful final color page for the final chapter. Absolutely beautiful final chapter. Yozakura Family went out in a very Yozakura Family way. All the authors congratulated Gondaira for completing the series in the authors' comment. The final volume, volume 29 will be out in March. After over 5 years Yozakura Family has finally ended. What a ride it has been. Most people thought it would get axed when it first started serializing but then it went on for 250+ chapters and got 2 season of anime. Yozakura Family has been consistently of the best manga in Jump and had a great final arc. It's been a great pleasure to follow Taiyo and Mutsumi and everyone's journey since chapter 1. Every single characters are lovable. It's easily one of the best Jump manga and one of my all time favorites. Thank you Gondaira-sensei for this incredible manga. Really gonna miss the series. |

| 5/10, the very definition of a filler series. Mind you, that does not mean it was bad! It was always an also-ran in the lineup, but Gondaira is a decent artist and I think he has it in him to produce a proper hit. And even if not, running for almost 260 chapters in WSJ is still an impressive feat. |

| Hehe yep, we've finally got through this series again. Even though it was foreseeable that the adventures of Taiyo and Mutsumi were coming to an end, the final chapter was still a surprise. (Normally there's always this "5 more chapters to the finale" announcement, so I assumed that the series would live a little longer). Anyway, a nice finale. I would have expected a big wedding, but that already happened last week. Instead, a chapter that takes place mostly in the supermarket. Pretty untypical for a finale, but it fits the style of the series, which plays a bit with expectations. We see Kyouichirou and the others fooling around a bit, reminded me in places of the first chapters, when the series was more episodic. So they built a nice bridge to the beginning. The end with everyone at the table was also something different. No big, spectacular finale with fire and trumpets (we had already dealt with that in the final fights), but simply a family sitting together at the table, looking cheerfully towards the future and happy about the new addition to the family. It has a bit of a homely feel to it. All in all, a very cool series. I actually thought the series would get a lot of hype, since - similar to "Spy x Family", which started at about the same time, it's about spies and family life - but unfortunately that didn't happen. But those who stuck it out until the end are rewarded with a nice finale. When the pregnancy was announced, I would have expected that we would at least see Kyouichirou's eyes again. 😅 But he keeps his smug Kyouichirou face until the end. So the last Shōnen Jump series of the 2010s ends. I'm curious to see whether we can mark this as "Completed" now, or whether the chapter count will be expanded to include one or two bonus chapters. (e.g. the special chapter with the family album) And the Yozakura family will at least remain in the 2026 anime version. That's why I'm not saying "Goodbye" now, I'll just say "See you again" 🙂🌸 |
| Lmao called it they did it before the big fight. Mutsumi's pregnant, gratz and best way possible to end the manga. Was nice to see everyone's reaction and some wholesome family moment. And that's a wrap. Been a good ride. Post timeskip/after the birth of the twin quality went down but still managed to wrap up nicely with a happy ending. |

| One of the few and first mangas who began on mangaplus ... and I could read from the first chapter. Really liked it. I'm just wanting to see the next manga the author will show in the future. |

| should've ended long ago but it finally did. the premise ended up being more interesting than the execution and this manga ended up being very meh but at least the very few super cute moments with the main couple made it bearable, when it wasn't being interrupted by that one annoying prick anyway. |

| reiwa weebs will unironically tell u they want a remake or sequel but when they get it ,its suddenly souless and a cashgrab cause they dont like the thing anymore and cant fathom they grew out of it and must mean the show somehow became bad |
| 258 chapters in WSJ and (at least) two anime seasons are a lot more than many manga can boast tbf. Solid manga even if the anime was a disappointment. 7/10 |
