| The Shokugeki duo is back. Really awesome start. Great art and really interesting setup. The character designs look so great. Saeki's art never disappoints. Can't wait for more. Also hope Tsukuda learned from the past too. |
| Great 1st chapter, expected from the Shokugeki duo. I will be reading this for Shinichi cus he rants movie like an absolute maniac, Himeki cus she's famous and probably the next Erina, and Tenmaku the phantom cus he's goofy. |
| Got me in the first half. Thought Shinichi was a snobbish wannabe critique, but he's just a hardcore film lover in a more or less positive way. Our boy is looking insanely similar to Souma, lol. Oh well, nothing wrong with that. I'm just excited that the Food Wars duo is back with a nice start. The premise has lots of potenial and I hope this series survives long enough for the story to make the most of it. |

| I love the design for Tenmaku. The art is def why I’m interested in the series. I want them to introduce more cool looking characters in an interesting plot! |

| reiwa weebs will unironically tell u they want a remake or sequel but when they get it ,its suddenly souless and a cashgrab cause they dont like the thing anymore and cant fathom they grew out of it and must mean the show somehow became bad |

Just because I don't have a first thought that it has the same initial premise as Hikaru No Go? Oh! don't care about the lack of originality in any series I read, hell I like it when it's deconstructing some series I considered my favorite or brings nostalgia and Tenmaku Cinema got potential plus I don't objectively think Hikaru no Go invented this trope in the first place. |
| This laid a great base line for a fun series. I like the characters and their chemistry. I agree its not the most original start but I am excited to see where it goes and how it talks about the modern movie industry. |
| That was an okay first chapter, sort of interesting. I hope the mc isn't too reliant on the ghost and he can do things on his own too. Good to have the shokugeki duo back. |

It's not mind-blowing of a pilot chapter, but it's interesting enough to warrant a weekly read. And Shun Saeki's art is never disappointing. Looking forward to how Yuto Tsukuda develops the story. |

| Definitely good start but heh... I'm not a fan of how selfish that ghost is. I don't like when someone is destroying (even if unintentionally) life of someone else to achieve own goal. |

| Very intriguing start. Titles centered around acting and performing arts seem to be popular these days so I can see this at least becoming a long-runner. |

| Nevermind the last stretch, I've always loved Food Wars. I believe it were the diverse range of characters and humor which made that series so good for me, so this being from the same duo already carry a bit of expectations. But honestly, the start was just passable enough. Midway through the chapter and I was already not feeling the hardcore love for movies mc was blabbing about, though the ghost thing was an actual good touch. Anyways they made the script and will be working on a movie, so that's the biggest takeaway from thus start. Art is obviously good, but this doesn't seem to have any hint of fanservice.. why??? :(((( |
