| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Sad to see that this series is only 9 minutes a pop, but I do enjoy the story so far, And we got to learn a bit in how to position your body in wheelchair basketball! I know this series is going to be short in both time and episodes, so I hope the new company can get another producer to come in so they can continue this series. We just never see many disabled people in anime ever and its kinda sad. |

| Still feels like a showcase show on NHK Educational TV as usual. Not saying that the concept is bad, just that the execution is losing its hook more. Main boy Kai gets his chance at playing basketball, just like his role model of an older brother, only that he's on a wheelchair. Same guy comes again to assess Kai's practice and technique, and give him practical tips. Just OK, I'd have a bad feeling that this'll only cover basketball within the 2 remaining short episodes. |

| The animation still looks strange, but I still like the idea of this adaptation :) The episode was too short for only 8-9 minutes long :( Needs to be extended! |

| I agree with a lot of y'all, these episodes need to be just a little bit longer. Even 15 minutes would be fine. Tbh, I was expecting the rest of the cast to be introduced, but staying with Kai's narrative worked way better, so I'm really happy with the pacing so far. |

| The episode was so enjoyable that its length felt shorter than it actually was. I wish this was longer; even Uchi Tama is longer than this!! |
| I really like this anime but why there is this science guy there? He is basically pointless, that boy could learn everything from trainer. |

| Kai picked the wheelchair basketball pretty quick. Learned something new here on how they move so fast, which kinda makes me wonder why the science guy had to explain it to him and not the coach himself teach him the correct form. |
