Emma really is setting on her path. I love the reaction of the children this chapter though after hearing her ideals heh

Don seems understanding about Emma's choice despite being extremely risky.

The others were about as understanding as I expected. They all know that they can’t stop Emma.

see, both of them is selfish.

Emma is so stupid, no one wants to see a beautiful ending like that, just kill all the demons and end the series already

I'm actually sides with Emma ever since way back there. For me it's not a good ending to genocide the demons. If that does happen, we won't see the truth of the world the author's trying to build. We won't see what "Seven Walls" is and who is that supreme leader who made the pact with Humans long ago. We won't see the true purpose of their escape and journey, which is to see the truth behind all this through Seven Walls. Good development, and Ray is as loyal as he can be this time too. xD so cute.

Looks like the children is supportive of Emma's decision, that or they know that they can't stop Emma anyway. Anyways, I hope Seven Walls is going to be amazing

I would like to know more about how they get there. I'm assuming they will now, since the mangaka hasn't showed us since the time they found out.

Now we're gonna see who is going to achieve the objective first.

Of course she does, she is the main character anyway. I guess that's how things are in shounen manga.
I just realized that all of my favorite characters, beside being stunningly beautiful, also happen to be exceptionally skilled murder machines. \('-')/

I am calling it now. Emma is going to succeed in converting all demons into special ones that do not require human meat. Then all humans will escape to the other side safely.

This arc doesn't look all that interesting to me so far, and my general interest in the series is fading away.

I agree. I think if they went through with only the genocide plan then something would be missing in this manga. It wouldn't be as good as it could be. I'm glad they're going to the Seven Walls so we readers can learn more about their world

^Totally agree! I know people are annoyed at Emma these past chapters, but there's still more about the world that we don't know about. Without Emma (and Ray), Norman wouldn't even have known about how it's possible to get to the Seven Walls, and much less, even try to go there? Tbh, there are times when I roll my eyes at Emma's naivety, but I think she makes the series more interesting with her perspective and bringing other possibilities to the table. I do wish that she understood the true suffering of those who really want to exterminate the demons though. Maybe what makes her annoying in some ways is because she hasn't suffered as deeply as the others, making her ideals seem almost offensive (not saying her experiences alone haven't been terrifying as well).

Anyways, what a cliffhanger. I wish I hadn't chosen this week to do my usual catch up, lol.

True I am just glad Norman didn't change his mind.

From a psychopath's perspective, Emma should be tortured. How? Seeing her friends die due to her naivety. That kindness she has doesn't apply in the real world. People like Emma are destined to fail without sufficient experience. So I was just hoping that she would suffer just like Kaneki, but knowing that it's a kindness centred selfishness manga, I doubt that she would fail due to plot armor, nor she would suffer.

But it's also interesting to know more about the demon world, so I would just shut my mouth about killing the mangaka and just dive into my delusions and try to kill Emma if I were in the manga.

It might be a dangerous challenge but Emma has decided to not drag the other kids along with her and Ray against their will.

Mixing their blood with the golden water and the Gupna weed under the moonlight's rather mysterious so I wonder how they'll put that to use.

It's turned into a literal fairytale. I don't like modern fairy tales.
