Well about time. They reveal some background story coming from one of the captured lizard guys...

Still quite a boring episode though, I wish they did one of these episodes earlier.

Ok they nice with it so far, some interrogation of that new captured guy, as well as the backstory with the King.

True maybe its a little late for this but it was an alright episode, I'm expecting things to heat up really fast now.

I'm seriously hyped up for next episode, the previews looked like it's going to be good.

This week was a slow episode.

Who else thinks that shun's father is the manipulator?

Edit: Just went back to the first episode to verify if the guy is shun's dad and I'm right. That would explain why shun got transported when he had that stone. It was the same stone from episode 1. I'm honestly looking forward to the next episode now, it should be interesting. You can also see warp particles on the surface in the first episode as well. The hinting was well done through out. Just watching the first 4 minutes of ep 1 was like "Oh, so this is why.." This should be interesting.

Another back-story which I think this will be a crucial clue about King's past. And also how Zoozian treated from the past.

Easily the best episode so far.

P.S. I definetely didn't expect to hear Juurouta Kosugi here. A pleasant surprise, even though I'd prefer to hear him more in some better series.

I THOUGHT THE GUY WAS PASCAL AT FIRST. FORGIVE ME.

(That would have been a pretty fucked up, awesome betrayal though but Shun's father is just as good)

BUT AH, THEY TELEPORTED TO THE SURFACE. I'M SCREAMING.

Man this episode was so fucking good, I was glued to my TV screen as the past was finally hinted at and explained. I can't believe that Shun's father turned out to be evil and manipulated and set current events in motion (Getting some Aizen vibes here). I can't believe people would claim this episode was boring like Stark did when it was literally the best episode that pushed the entire plot forward. That ending with Shun and Emilio getting brought to the surface has me so fucking hyped for next episode. Holy shit this was a good twist.

Holy crap am I glad for giving this show another shot. The backstory gave us an explanation for both Shun's dad's frequent absence (assuming that the scientist in this episode is Shun's dad, but let's be honest, considering the crystal which warped Shun both in and out Endora was in his office, it's guarenteed.) as well as the decrease in warp particles. I picked a bad time to start watching this again. Because now I gotta suffer the cliffhanger.

i can't believe i'm actually looking forward for an episode of endride. i felt something is fishy about shun's father from episode one but i didn't expect him to be the reason behind everything that happened. finally shun is back to the surface. i still wonder if eljuia's vision is going to come true. i really want to know why shun was worried in it.

best episode so far (but 7/10 overall)

This was the best episode with the flashback. So the evil man is Shun's father, interesting. Now I'm hyped to watch the next episode.

OMG it took them 18 episodes to make something intersting happen

I was thinking the same just based on the appearance alone (the character designs are shit tbh) but then realised it was Shun's dad who had the warp stone in his office. He hasn't been mentioned much throughout the series.

How the hell did the Zoozian survive that fall and manage to stay alive? Was he eating rats or something :{ ...Then you see all the corpses neatly lined up at the side.
All credit goes to Sacred.

I was raging until I realized it wasn't him. Like, everything fit until I remembered the stone in the father's office was how Shun teleported to their world like you said~ And yeah, I assumed he just ate the bodies of the other people who were sentenced to death and thrown down there.

So, the responsible was indeed Shun's father. He is the "evil foreign settler' who seeks to plunder the natural ressources by impressing the local "savages" with firearms and other modern wonders.

Nice to get all of that. But I was expecting those infos around episode 15. And the travel to the surface around the middle of the series. They took their time a bit too much for a full-length series.

4.5/5 The same "revelation" could have been done a lot better.

poor shun =/. The surface guy should be his father. It will be so difficult to come back to endora when his father find out that they're trying to fix things.

That lizard could have broken that chains like 30 years ago, what a stupid. And he had the opportunity to kill the surface guy and he didn't, and the end he'll have a similar end.
WTF with the technology, sometimes they have flying cars and sometimes they don't know what the fuck is a gun.
