| I actually don't remember the OVA series that well, even if it hasn't been that long. It almost feels like I'm watching it for the first time :) I don't remember the bgm at all, but damn was it awesome, especially that one at the end of the episode. I won't be skipping the OVA episodes. |
| The music with the ED followup after Sindbad discovers the insides of the dungeon is much better in the OVA, imo. It's pretty much what hyped me into reading the manga, but here they can't do the same thing with the new ED. I don't remember anything else in great detail, so I can't tell exactly which parts changed and how it compares regarding the animation. But yeah, they more or less repeat the OVA. |

| pretty much copy>paste of the OVA, expected some changes, but there were very, very few changes from the OVAs. mostly cuts. the only advantage i see here, is that we know little more about sinbad's father memento importance. |

| Pretty decent episode, I guess. You'd think Sinbad would be much more cautious about letting people into his home after the Darius stuff, but I guess not. It's a good thing he just happened to pick a Magi. We get to see a dungeon next episode, so I'm hyped. They are the best thing about the world of Magi, in my opinion. |
