| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A bit of singing this episode huh? That singing isn't very impressive though at least for Itsuki's case. And of course, we are kinda back to the drawing board again at school. That tarot card gives off a bad vibe though considering it represents an aspect of Death. Overall, an alright episode, better than the previous imo. Lol @ the special training. That's priceless. Still, the past revealed regarding Itsuki wasn't pleasant. Her later attempt at the song was nice :3 |

| For the most part another sweet, slice of life-esque episode, but there were definitely those ominous hints of a darkness to come. That long shot on the death card near the end couldn't have been for nothing...I only wonder which of them will be the one to go...I'd hoped it wasn't gonna be either of the sisters at least, but with them seemingly separated as the battle begins that seems more likely now. I hope I'm wrong but....guess we'll see... |

Never say never, it was too obvious to not rule out Itsuki or Fuu dying in the next episode. I hope it's averted as it will destroy the decent slice of life elements the show has. |

I was sat at home healing my heart when iphone was ring 'blondes is die' 'no' Seriously though, this is getting to the point where it's almost predictable, even if nothing happens, either way its too much foreshadowing. Suffering is pretty much confirmed either way though, something bad will happen, I just hoped they didn't tell us straight up and played it off, even if everyone pretty much expected it at this point. |

| That cliffhanger doesn't suggests much good for the next episode, my guess is that someone will get hurt. But i guess we will have to wait for next week in order to see it. Cliffhangers can be annoying. On the bright side it seems Karin is adapting to the group tho she is still a bit tsun about it. Guess she will stay that way for a while. It was also nice to see some background of the characters again the sisters have been true a lot from the looks of it. Somehow this makes me think that the most serious background story will be the one of Yuuna seeing her personality but i guess we won't find out about it any time soon. |
| 1. 1st half - seemed like ur typical slice of life stuff: 7/10 2. 2nd half - really enjoyed hearing itsuki's backstory & what she thinks of her sister 9/10 3. if this series kills off one of the sisters, that would make this show a 10/10 for me. i mean, itsuki really loves her sister... but to see their love severed... just true despair man. it's not everyday u get to feel hopelessness, but to feel it is just exciting. 9/10 |

But let's be honest, the series is too lighthearted so far to lead to main character deaths. If somehow they do kill them off, I'll make sure not to watch any of his work anymore. :| |
| Good episode for more insight into the sisters' relationship and Itsuki herself. As usual the main conflict with the actual fighting so far seems tame and not the main concern of the show, but I'm not gonna count... well okay just watched the scenes after the "ED" and now I'm a bit scared of what's to happen. The tarot card was a definite concern and now it seems things might become really serious for this battle. Looking forward to it. I think my favorite character so far would definitely be Togo-san! She's so quirky, I mean "alpha waves" and "everyone is a pumpkin", it's really great to see this side of her! Though I have to say I pretty much like all the characters with some exceptions. |
| God dammit, exactly what I didn't want to happen. It was expected to happen though. At least it didn't pull a madoka and Was that Itsuki's scream in the preview? Pretty much confirms the worse for me T_T I was enjoying my lighthearted magical girl anime too. Here's to hoping for the best Then this happens when I refreshed the page. ;-; |

| Good ep, the calm before the storm. Karin drinking up all those supplements was funny, complete with notes on the bottom that "it's just for comedic purposes" and that when drinking supplements you should follow what the medication says. |

| CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT nice episode which didn't have any fights this week and focused more on the SoL half, but it was just death card after death card ;_; lets see how this goes next week.. |

| Obvious dead flag is obvious. Extra points for decapitation! I don't predict a death, in all seriousness. If it does happen, I'd be quite surprised. Probably some sort of incapacitation of someone at worst... edit: What?! The creator is the same one from Akame?! Scratch that. A death may happen. Still, the way it's heading I doubt it would happen... but hey, who knows. I'm still considering this as a magical girl slice of life anime with nothing edgier than some drama such as some teens questioning why they risk their lives fighting monsters and so on. another: Wait, now that I think about it, Madoka was exactly like that. And furthermore, in here, whenever they fought against those entities and took a hit, they were clearly protected by some form of field/shield. If said shield were to collapse or be penetrated, I'd think they'd get more than just a few broken bones... |

| The Death card doesn't necessarily mean death in a literal way. Its main meaning it the end of something and the start of something new, or change. Which could be all kinds of things without someone dying. |

| That circle-thingy song actually sounded pretty good and it ended just like that. Ah man, friendship in fiction really is the best. Glad Itsuki's test went well and great that she has a life goal now. And Karin is as tsundere as ever. I still love this anime the most among the new ones (Says me as the rating keeps dropping. Srsly MAL?) |

| Karin being competitive! She throwing up though xD That was really cute seeing Fuu and Itsuki's relationship ^^ How Itsuki views her older sister and how she wants to change too. The ED was really cute with her singing! The "reason" why Fuu fights. Sigh... all those death cards and the worst case scenario happening :/ Don't break anyone apart :( The slice-of-life is too good to be sacrificed :O |

I don't really get the rating decline either. The slow start was understandable since it premiered so late, but I was expecting the ratings to go up as more people found this show, not down. Oh well, it's not really important, is it? It's not like the show's going to get its budget cut because the MAL community is only giving it a 7 instead of an 8. Anyway, it's going to be interesting what happens next week. I am sincerely worried about Fu right now - between that conversation/confrontation with Karin about the group leadership position, the foreshadowing that this is going to be a nasty fight upcoming, the black hint about wanting vengeance, and the Death cards (yes, "Death" equals change, not necessarily physical death, but seeing her sister die - or anyone else - would be a pretty huge change for Itsuki), that's a pretty ominous pile of hints that something serious is about to go down. My prediction is that a) if Fu doesn't die then she'll be left gravely injured and out of commission (possibly because an overconfident Karin disobeyed orders and screwed everything up), and b) Yuuki will be the one to eventually step up and fill the leadership role in her absence. Not because she's the title character, but because in observing her through the first four episodes she has the right personality for it (she's the one person in the club who seems completely comfortable with everybody, for instance), plus I thought she showed a decent grasp of team battle tactics in the first episode, too. And BTW, not only are we talking about the writer of Akame ga Kill here, but the director of this series (Seiji Kishi) also directed Angel Beats, Danganronpa, and Persona 4, so he definitely knows how to work with dark material. |

| A good change of pace this episode. Loved the interaction and dialogue. It's improved my impression of the show in general. Now that the death fl has been raised, I wonder which of the two sisters is gonna get the chop? place your bets boys n girls... |

| Pretty cute episode. :3 This is how I wanted this anime to turn out: Cute girls doing cute things. A normal, Slice of Life anime, but I got this Fantasy and Magical type anime. :P One that looks a lot like Madoka Magica. :( Oh man.....Worst case scenario......please don't do this to me. ;_; I don't want anyone to die in this anime. D: No "Mami" type situations please. :( UGH! This is gonna suck if someone dies.......I doubt it though. ;_; FRIENDSHIP SHALL PREVAIL DEATH! |

| 5/5 Taste of SOL is tasted in this episode, I like it because the lives of the characters, goes on without being necessarily linked to their "work" of witches. Synopsis we prepare a nice dish, I'm ready for anything, as already knowing AGK; I expect even the passing of someone important. The OST is great, the ending is really nice to listen to. Narrative that has managed to make me feel the air that is exhaled during the episode, I'm terribly worried about the girls. The drawings are good, but those scenes are best as finishing. Animations more than decent. |
