| Can't say I'm surprised by the events this episode. It looks like Tougo does whatever he needs to help an ally. Even though Yidhra and him haven't been together for long, he seems to want to protect her like a close friend. I don't think it's a flex but Tougo definitely wants to prove himself out there. |

| "I felt a bond." That line has absolutely no right being as hype as it is, and the idea that every successful Buster shot forces all participants to strike a victory pose afterwards like they're contractually obligated to is absolute gold. Super fluffy ED too. |
It's only the second episode and Yihdra's already mounting Red to give him an injection! His skill for forging bonds is indeed great. His status card plays his character's info DVD and when he's explaining a previous situation the Kizuna Five were in, it plays out like a scene from an episode complete with the numbers lol Calling Yihdra a beauty in the midst of battle (he actually said she was more the beautiful type than the cute type but cute type got translated as endearing beauty since the distinction between cute and beautiful isn't as prevalent in English, I guess). Empathising with the two veteran adventurers that were initially hostile allowed them to use the Kizunabuster to its full potential. Everyone just posed instinctively after that 😄is it his aura, the Kizunabuster or what? He's gonna form a new sentai team in this new world I think.  The ED animation has them as high school students, solidifies who the couples are, and shows Yihdra as a purple sixth ranger (per tradition they tend to debut later than the core five). |

| The score for this being so low is an absolute joke. Mfs will watch some generic goonbait slop and give it an 8, but when we get an actually fresh twist on an established genre, people rate it low! Another great episode, though. Red and Yihdra’s chemistry is so good, finally got to see them in action as adventurers and it was as fun as you’d expect. I fucking lost it when Red tried using the megazord in the fucking cave man 😭 Could’ve done without the cringe rapey commentary from the other two adventurers they picked up, wouldn’t be a seasonal isekai if they weren’t saying cringe shit like that I guess. But they did redeem themselves at the end with the Kizuna beam attack. The lead up to that was funny as hell btw. Even though this show is kind of taking the piss out of Toku tropes, it’s lowkey the best ever representation of Toku I’ve seen in anime. Like even the movements, the poses, the weapons, attacks, ridiculous explosions, it’s just all so on point. Never get tired of hearing the characters from the fantasy world questioning why they have to pose lmao. Looks like Red and Yihdra may be getting two more allies(?) soon? That ending scene was interesting. Can’t wait for next week’s ep. Early theory based on the ED is that rather than adapting to this new world, the new world will adapt to red and Yihdra and other characters will get ranger transformations. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

At 7:28, is it just me, or does that look like a Mario Bros setting? 🤔 Today, Red showed a determination worthy of laughs along with Yihdra and the veterans to defeat that monster. There’s something going on there, and the two rookies have already appeared. |

| I don't care much about isekai or sentai, but this was pretty entertaining. And actually impressive how committed they are to the bit. So many attack names, gadgets, poses, catchphrases, explosions. Love the variety of music, too; epic orchestral, breezy big-band, j-rock with vocals... The show's like a hyperactive Labrador, I get a little annoyed and tired, but I just can't bring myself to hate it. |

Red was able to win because all three of them put aside their hostility and hatred, coming together with a shared goal of defeating the monster. This feels like realistic character development. People don’t just apologize right away—they need time to process and realize their assumptions and biases might have been wrong. I’m sure they’ll eventually apologize to her, but it won’t be because she’s super strong or overpowered. It’ll be genuine, coming from their understanding of who she is, what she stands for, and a newfound respect for her. |

| It's fun when the sentai powers make her feel insane, and I appreciated the commitment to the fight flashback versus the ice lady, but it's not enough to make me want to sit through more random battles. |
| I like how during the flashback, they followed the sentai trope of the villain standing in place, waiting to be shot. Then in the isekai, the monster does not follow this, and is actually charging at them as they are about to shoot. watched plenty of sentai years ago, and I feel this anime is meshing sentai and isekai just fine. well, it's another enjoyable episode. waiting for next week! |
| I almost lost it when they all posed at the end. This show is so silly and I absolutely love it. It knows exactly what it is and makes no apologies for it. |

| The way Red and Blue were changing from scene to scene while fighting Rejectiondra exuded major power rangers vibes. This cheesy show was meant for me. I love the weapons and their unintended side effects as well. Forcing everyone to pose after defeating that giant monster was nice. |
