I am so confused how so many aren't understanding what is going on even though so much is heavily implied and outright said explicitly for some other things. The marriage was an arranged political marriage it seems where the prince didnt have any more say than Leticia did. The prince did not try to make Leticia jealous, it's something he made up after the fact because after seeing her real personality that had been hidden under formalities he has become drawn to her and is trying to keep her around to get to know her and her know him better. It's a little annoying how pushy that is but I don't get the impression for sure he intends to actually force her to marry him.
@traed So basically he is not good husband material. He don't need to force her, all people around do this for him.

Ok so the prince can go to hell. His plan was to cheat on her, publicly embarrass her and potentially make it impossible for her to marry again (because of those weird noble standards about not wanting “damaged goods”) and he plays it off with wanting to make her jealous? Piss off and die alone Mr prince. If they end up together I hope Lettie makes his life miserable and never lets him produce heirs

@Stark700 im not sure you can call clarke a "gentleman" :D he is just being an asshole and not letting mc be happy. not to mention wanting to make her jealous for literally no reason.
@HiljainenSipuli Generally, he uses his authority as a throne heir, he is not apologetic at all. He don't talk with her seriously. Cringe. Also animation is not smooth.

It's hinted a lot of times that the prince got to know Leticia when they were younger and he chose her for her being such a bubbly and lively girl (maybe something else also happened). The problem is that he's getting a free girl and putting her inside a cage. So in first episode there is an instance when he tries to talk to her but she's dead inside so I suppose he realizes this and makes all this plan to get her to live for some time in the countryside and for him to see the real Leticia again (the one he fell in love with when they were children). I just hope the prince can come up with something to make her happy (not only her falling for him).

I think Clarke is going to slowly get Leticia to fall in love with him. The old hag is the issue bc Letty can't be herself when her personality is getting smoothered.

Sheesh, this is only the second episode and EVERYONE is complaining about the prince. Its not really creepy because they never explicitly ended the engagement, Letty assumed it was over. Clarke wasn't trying to make her angry.

The moment she was running away and hits Clarke's arm was fucking hilarious

Is everyone here except a handful actually stupid? Y'all aren't paying attention to the damn anime if you're immediately resorting to anger. Kinda sad.

JFC, stalker alert! Why is it that now that he’s broken off the engagement and she’s free he’s hanging around like a goddamn tick. He didn't want her and chose Brianna, but now he wants Leticia back. WTF! He decided to break off the engagement and take another betrothed. He should fuck off and live with the consequences of his actions. Poor Leticia had to put up with all that bullshit training just to be tossed aside like a used tissue. Now she wants to enjoy her freedom and this idiot just doesn't know how to take no for an answer. She needs to be a bit more assertive and tell the prince to go pound sand. She’s under no obligation to respond to his advances. I feel bad for Leticia. She shouldn’t have to deal with this pushy prince. She should be able to live her life as she wants, without him butting into her life and chasing her everywhere. I love these fourth-wall breaks though, they're very refreshing.
