| The special was so cute. The only problem I had with it was that it wasn't long enough, so I'm excited to see what they'll do with a TV version. |

| @RobertBobert the OVA was pretty much cute girls playing golf, i'd expect it to be similar to something like harukana recieve where they demonstrate the technical details of how the sport works by having cute girls do it cutely with the power of friendship. |

| @garkon_icky What a generalized description of Harukana, lol. But Harukana is about a partner sport. That is why they were so fond of metaphors about quasi-lovers. |

| Praying this gets some recognition, it just has so few members on MAL right now. I liked the OVA, the visual quality was great, but it was a little basic. I think if done right, the TV format could bring out its full potential. 2 more days! |
| I was definitely very disappointed at the time at the end of 2021 when it turned out that the original Sorairo Utility title was just a single one-off small short. The prospect of a Golf + Slice of Life/CGDCT anime seemed definitely appealing and with merit, and also at the time I thought that there had been very little inclusion of golf as subject matter in anime, and I hadn't myself seen any series related to it. Since then we've had Birdie Wing and Ooi! Tonbo, both of which I watched, and Rising Impact, which I didn't. But through all that the appeal of the idea of this show, one which had a nice aesthetic and seemed like it'd be relaxing and inviting with the character interactions, never fully dissipated. So I'm glad it received an actual full-length series and even though I've seen a few golf-based series since the short's premiere (it was over three years ago, after all), this one still seemed different enough in what it wanted to try to do so as to definitely make it worth creating and worth watching. I can't, obviously, guarantee that I'll love or even like or end up continuing with and finishing it, but there was never a scenario in which I wasn't going to at least give this one a shot and watch the first episode or first few episodes. Hopefully it will be one worth continuing with to the end. |
