He has rough manuscript scetches up to 430 and beyond, he is in the process of finishing 411 to 420, but we don't know the exact status of the chapters.

The assumption is that the hiatus won't be long, because 411 to 420 seem to be well advanced, but no one knows anything for sure.

Didn't the return announcement say we'd get like 10 chapters and then it'd move to another magazine or something? I might be remembering it wrong but I think we get a hiatus about now and then a new schedule

he's got rough drafts of 410-430 done, and actually finished a couple of them. I assume it's just a hiatus until he's almost done the full versions of 410-420 and has even more drafts so they can do another 10 chapter run

Well, that sucks. I thought we were going to get at least 20 chapters with no breaks in between. But nope, hiatus again after the 10th chapter. I know Togashi has back problems and stuff, and I don't want him to overexert himself, but I hope this hiatus doesn't last for more than 10 weeks. Apparently, rough drafts of future chapters have been done. He just has to do proper drawings of them. I'm still wondering why HxH went on a 4 year hiatus that one time. He also supposedly already has a couple of chapters already finished, but they decided to not release them even though they're done? That's annoying. Just release them. Do they just want the chapter amount to always be in multiples of 10 before it goes on hiatus? Because enough chapters to be released in tankobon form has been reached, and so the other finished chapters can not see the light of day just yet?

A volume's worth of chapters followed by hiatus has become the norm, better than nothing though as long as it slowly but surely gets us closer to the end. Hope this hiatus won't be for too long.

People on MAL refuse to actually enjoy watching anime.
