| Damn its getting heated to the core. Sei arrives with his army and meets Kanki and his men, they get to talking and Kanki is as rude as always, Sei gets tired of it and tries to have Kanki killed until Maron the Gentleman saves the situation. Maron has been the voice of reason this arc in the Kanki army I'm really starting to like him. |

| No fucking around in this chapter, the confrontation got straight to it and Maron pulled off the save at the end, trying to justify Kan Ki's deplorable actions to Ei Sei as he ordered Kan Ki to be beheaded. Good cliffhanger too with Kan Ki also calling Ei Sei out too. Interesting stuff overall. |
| I mean it's certainly true that the person at the very top of the chain of command has to assume responsibility for all the carnage wrought by the wars he's initiated himself, but that doesn't really excuse Kanki's actions. There are still different methods to go about things and slaughtering unarmed soldiers without being ordered to is taking things to another level You can't really put all the blame on one person in a full-blown war but putting it all on Sei is a little bit unreasonable |

| Maron did well, even tho he's surely more interested in saving his own ass. Kanki is really pushing it, but perhaps he's able to talk his way out of this situation by hitting Sei with a line that can't be refuted. |

| I feel that Kanki will definitely talk his way out of this. I never understood Sei's decision to make Kanki one of the six great generals. I mean yes, the man is one of the best generals outhere but he's been doing questionable things for ages and Sei knows about it. It was a matter of time for such thing to happen. Sei has to live the consequences of that decision now. Can't wait for next chapter. |

He still has to elaborate on his point. Depending on his skill he may be able to put Sei in a deadlock where the latter can't act against Kanki without looking bad himself. |

There is no possibility he can escape without consequences form this situation. We can discuss it till next week but there isn't really a point doing it. Let's just see the next chap. |
