Writing wise the best female casts I know of are:
Monogatari
Fate/Nasuverse
Hibike Euphonium
Umineko
That's probably my top 4 but since we are including looks and how much they fight then probably the eminence in shadow but I am a little biased I think.

| Jujutsu Kaisen and Chainsaw Man if anything have the best female presentation from mainstream shounen anime, like their females are both attractive, strong, whle also modest and more normal looking, while most anime have issues with female sexual exaggeration in an ugly way, weak and helpless females, and intentionally annoying and useless to the story. Bleach and Naruto have up to a point some good female dynamic too but they dont achieve those categories as the two mentioned above and also fail in some aspects. There is also the top sports anime like Kuroko no Basket and Blue Lock where females play a very minimal part (if any) but the few that do appear are well made in those categories (they are pretty, likeable, yet modest) but they are not important to the story at all. |

Jujutsu Kaisen and Chainsaw Man if anything have the best female presentation from mainstream shounen anime, like their females are both attractive, strong, whle also modest and more normal looking, while most anime have issues with female sexual exaggeration in an ugly way, weak and helpless females, and intentionally annoying and useless to the story.
