| That was surprisingly pretty good. One of the better isekais ive seen. Is it as good as my all time favs like mushoku tensei or slime? No. But it was good. |

| Now I'm gonna drive a square peg into round hole. The heroes go on a diplomatic mission to show themselves to the surrounding countries. Look, we're strong, we're cool, we're not trying to turn our backs on you before Maou. And the heroes can also be tested on the spot, if anyone has any doubts. That happened in the Middle Ages. But the Middle Ages weren't exactly the heyday of diplomacy. It was often decided at a feast, a tournament, a hunt, or whatever. You had to show that the person making the alliance was normal and could be dealt with. Alliances weren't between nations, they were between people. Nation states, full diplomacy, that's a later era. What's the diplomacy arc really about? The heroes go on a journey. They need a change of scenery. Diplomacy is an excuse to go to different places and do some things there. An excuse to move the plot along. The old scenery of town, castle and forest is already used and boring. It's necessary to inject something new. As far as I'm concerned, it's not a bad excuse to travel. |
| This is how you build a core group and lead into a second season. I can not say for sure, but I would expect to see some additional people being added to Usato's entourage as he travels city to city. I just hope they keep with the pacing and building interpersonal connections. Back in Linger (spelled Ringle when you do a Google image translate in episode 8) it'd be nice to get some backstory on Felm and the other 5 members of the rescue team.  |
| first 9 episodes are build up leading to a big fight that lasted a single episode and the fight is ass, also it's power system is garbage, they literally sideline the heroes regardless of how boring they are, why make them a hero if they don't even have the potential lastly, it needs more Felm, best girl 6/10 |
