This imo is a thrilling episode. Fighting against time and high stakes, I love the role Shion played. She's a valuable members and fun to watch when she's serious.

Got some more background storytelling mixed in with mission progress. Kinda interesting how much they are investing into the relevant cast this season.

Just when I think Kawashita has revealed the full extent of how much of a piece of shit is, he sinks lower and lower.

The seed sowing project is just pure evil. Sacrificing most of the world and for what, some misguided science experiment or just the thrill of it? Wouldn’t surprise me if he has no actual plan, just interested in seeing the chaos. Not to mention rigging the whole facility to blow and take out his whole team. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

Shion and Kengo vs Chacha and Aonuma ended up being the perfect matchup. Chacha was too smart for his own good, looked down on everyone else and it ended up being his undoing cause a real demon showed up in Shion who was able to completely outsmart him lmao.

Aonuma’s case much more sympathetic. Another example of Kawashita preying on vulnerable kids and manipulating them. He and Granny Hako story was so sad, but also beautiful how she was willing to sacrifice her life for him. He never knew the warmth of a family or home, she was all he had 😢 Kengo being able to get access to a person’s entire personality and memories is downright scary. But in this case it worked out perfectly and won over Aonuma

Can’t wait for next episode for some Taiyo action. Need Kawashita to get the worst fate imaginable

Shinzo vs. Kurosawa truly is a fight of epic strength, but to see the latter detonated to forward the Seed-Sowing Project, as well as proof that Kawashita doesn't care for his test subjects and all, he's quite the thrill-seeker of a villain who'll stop at nothing. And Kengo stopping the backup system detonation in time, even in the face of Aonuma, his clones sure do the trick, even when he's not combat-ready. His banter with Shion sure is one of the epitomes of sibling love, each other just thrusting the intention of care.

Taiyo and the others making good progress, though Kengo has a mission to avoid Aonuma as much as he can, with the intellectual minds of Shion vs. Chacha being fellow shut-ins and always fiddling with technology stuff. The plan that Kengo and Shion have, however, is quite a smart one to jam and mix Chacha's voice so that Aonuma is not sure of what information he should be listening to, thus allowing the two to activate their Blooming and discern their enemy, who goes by his real name of Ryo Aoyanagi who once lived with his beggar Grandma Hako to the point of passing before Kawashita found them.

It's time for the big guns to show up and have their long-awaited battle. Still, Kengo and Shion are like siblings coupled together to form a dominating force.

Did I miss something? Why is it necessary for the Seed-Sowing Project to release all the Hazakura at once?
Especially now that it looks like they are about to lose, wouldn't it be beneficial for them to release the Hazakura they've already made immediately?
(I don't believe Chacha would neglect to install manual detonation.)

Love the interactions with the siblings.

Tanpopo's plan is basically a shot at making humanity evolve to the Yozakura family standard but it seems as though that will kill tons of people. Forgot what drove this guy to do this so I should probably read this part of the manga again.

Kengo's power is cool yet terrifying. I can see him using his power for theatre plays or acting in movies if he ever chooses to quit being a spy.

Now that I think about it, Kengo's power kind of reminds me of Shuuya Kano's deception power from Mekakucity Actors.

It's cool to see them use their blooming but it just seems so easy for them to beat these guys with it. Hopefully this will get another season when things really start shaking up.

Makoto Kawashita is going to be defeated and Tanpopo organisation will be over soon enough. I was impressed to see how many Hazakura they had in stock. Makoto is such an evil doctor…

Shion is so smart, I love her. Thanks to her devices, she made Makoto’s people disappear and the device with brain waves reflected by electrodes was amazing. Yozakura are the true power, Hazakura will never beat it.

Yeah Kawashita is the definition of a scumbag, to have all of your henchmen killed off via self destruct so the chance of keeping your secrets is increased, and wishing all your patients had a self destruct chip implanted, wow.

I'm looking forward to the showdown between Kawashita and Taiyo and Kyoichiro. Side note, I noticed that the Yozakura father wasn't shown in this episode so I think he may pop up in the next one and I'm curious to see what his next move is.

Shinzo went hard with his blooming. Dismantled Kurosawa in minutes and only forced himself to taking a hit just to stop himself from killing him.

The way Kawashita was becoming eviler each time it was inevitable that he went world destruction route. Killing test subjects, henchmen and also willing to sacrifice his entire team just to make his plan successful. Also he is doing some fked up shit with their mother too. This guy deserves to die in worst kind of way.

Shion v Cacha fight was the one I waiting for. But she have to be rescued by Kengo. Finally Kengo got some spotlight, the way he ran circles around both Aounama and Cacha with his balloons was great. Shion and Kengo combo was brilliant as they completely retook control of power sources while destroying communication between those two.

Kengo after isolating Aounama used his blooming to completely assimilate his eyes, emotions and memories. Kengo was able to remind Aounama about his Grandma Hako who sacrificed herself to save his life and her warmth was able to break his ice. I don't really cared about these Hazakura guys but Aounama story is really sad.

Shion also managed to unleash her full power and she took over entire system while also exposing Cacha mentally as well. Shion is my favourite siblings (excluding Mutsumi) good to see her pop off this time.

Taiyo & Kyochiro v Shion to see who can destroy the detenators first it will be more good stuff.

Was it me or were both the sound design and animation pretty lacking this episode?

Scenes between Kengo and Shion were great, though.

If anyone had doubts, Yozakura's are BROKEN OP!

Kawashita is facing the two? How on earth is he planning to survive?

The Shinzou's Blooming is indeed overpowered it easily took down Kurosawa with little effort. No wonder he was afraid of using it, not wanting to accidentally hurt his loved ones. Its ability to cause damage at a molecular level is truly terrifying.

Just when I thought Tanpopo might turn the battle around, the Yozakura family never ceases to surprise me with their Blooming abilities. Shion is basically a supercomputer that can hack into anything, and Kengo, with just a glance, can feel and know everything about the person he’s copying.

Aonuma's backstory was quite tough to hear. That elderly woman who saved him from freezing to death truly deserves the highest praise.

That's one way to deal with regeneration powers Shinzo! An attack at the cellular level is insane, but with a weapons expert like him, of course he'd have the perfect way to take down Kurosawa.

Chacha nearly made things go south there with his back-hack of Shion. Thankfully we had Kengo to the rescue. Their blooming powers were pretty cool. Kengo's assimilation is a terrifying use of super empathy. He practically started Aonuma's backstory for us. Shion's analysis was a perfect way to bring a close to that battle of wits.

Shinzo was able to handle Kurosawa with ease, and he’s Number 2 in the Nijibana. So if we scale the Yozakura siblings based on the Nijibana that they defeated, Futaba is second (because it’s established in the first episode that Kyoichiro is the strongest/best spy of the family), and then Shion and Kengo would be 4th and 5th. Then again, Chacha isn’t a fighter, but neither is Shion. Kengo isn’t a combat type either.

Speaking of the fighting, it seems that Shion’s Blooming compensates for Chacha’s likely superior intellect, and Kengo can see into people and learn all about them with his Blooming. We learn that Aonuma, real name Ryo Aoyanagi, age 17, Number 4 in the Nijibana, Hazakura Efficiency 366%, grew up in an alley with Granny Hako, and that’s where he got his jacket from. Kengo was able to pear into Ryo’s heart and stop his ice, while Shion was able to outsmart Chacha by understanding the emotions of others rather than being shortsided and believing she’s superior due to her intellect.

I’m guessing Taiyo will have more involvement in the next episode especially since he and Kyoichiro will clash with Kowashita.
