| So we got the relaxing/chill episode with small bits of fan service. About time they got one tbh as they've all been working hard in their work. Also, felt appropriate pacing wise as the anime is near its half mark. Gotta say though, these characters knows how to enjoy having some fun. |

| Love seeing the girls just having fun and relaxing after everything they been thru with the records store. An Onsen trip is perfect for some Yuri ship teasing and we had a LOT of it in this one. But before we get into that there’s something I really appreciate about this story that needs to be talked about. I LOVE that the girls always include Megumi in everything they do and never make her feel excluded or left out because of her disability. It honestly makes me tear up a little because could you imagine teenage high school girls being that considerate? 😢 they just never make her feel different. The Onsen trip was so good, all the girls have a Yuri ship and they’re slowly getting developed. I swear PA works if you chicken out of this.. Anna probably should’ve told them about her vlog plan in advance though lol. But to her credit like Nodoka said at the end of the episode, Anna has been the driving force behind all this PomsPoms stuff and bringing them all together so cut her some slack That random couple on the bridge had to be like “wtf where did these kids come from” when the girls started cheering the guy on lol. A YouTube channel where cute girls give people motivation would actually do numbers. I’d subscribe to that in a heartbeat. Of course Hana and the other cheer girls show up at the Onsen. Hana is such a big tsundere and clearly loves and respects Kanata a lot. Everyone trying to enjoy their trip and here she go trying to compete lmao And that ending!! Obunai and Suzu on first name basis now?? They’re so cute 😩 awesome episode |

| This was a nice and fun episode in seeing the girls enjoy a trip to the beautiful hot springs. It was nice to see the girls going around the town in their cheerleader outfits, ready to cheer on anyone who was having issues. It was rather successful overall. =) We got some nice hot springs fanservice, which also had some cheerleader training, where I laughed whenever the disclaimer of "Don't cheer in the hot springs" came up. Still, it was a chance for the girls to relax and open up about hat they desire to do with PomsPoms. The post-credit scene was rather sweet. Suzuha has been really shy throughout this episode, so I approve of Shion being able to get a chance to talk to her and the result of that is a closer friendship where both girls are on a first name basis with each other, which shocked the rest of their friends. Hopefully this will help Suzuha open up and be more expressive with everyone, as she did have a small, but cute smile towards Shion. |

| That was pretty cute seeing the girls cheer on that guy trying to bungee jump and propose. And then a cat lol Huh I guess there are onsen that have girls wear a sort of towel skirt thing maybe because it possibly isnt entirely isolated from public view maybe? That or it just is done for the show so their towels dont fly off cheering in water. Dont think ive seen that in an anime to my recall, usually it is just a normal towel. Who splashes in an onsen? Lol Would feel weird getting splashed by hot water. Must be cozy though. The "no cheer at the hot spring" label kept getting bigger and bigger each time it appeared lol Ooooh yuri bait in the end. I do wonder what the request was since I dont expect a ton of off camera yuri action. They are cute together though. |

| The girls get a lil' break with raffle tickets to a hot spring with their cheerleading family of 6, and Anna is clearly the most enthusiastic filming videos for their new YouTube channel. Of course, the first thing is to find people to cheer them on, as such with the boyfriend of a couple bungee-jumping for a marriage proposal. Obunai is fearless at heights, and this is merely one of many videos for promotion, human or not regardless, which Nodoka freaked out in the midst because she has a phobia of heights. Honestly, Megumi being a lot fine than she was before, her road to recovery is getting there. The Takanosaki Cheer Club of Hawkwings are also there for their training camp, though to spite Kanata and know about Megumi and challenge her head on, the PoMPoMs have a lot to work on, despite the unkempt friendship bonding them all for good to develop their own cheerleading derivatives, on top of the usual competition mode. The fun and games are over, let's get serious about the the sport. |

| A relaxing and peaceful hot springs episode. It was brief, but it cleared up Megumi's situation. At first, I thought she had an accident, but being so young, I never considered it was because of such a delicate operation that she's in this condition. What happened in that scene between Obunai and Shion? I hope it's not just a Yuri bait because that would be very disappointing. I’m not sure if the anime will become more sports-oriented after seeing the others meet Takanosaki's cheerleading club, but it would be great if they had some kind of competition. |

| I must say, I am surprised by this episode. The anime seems to be getting the hang of what it needs to do to be more enjoyable. They finally got the pacing of the episode right, this episode felt more natural in terms of the relationship of the girls, and we actually got to see more of their personalities and development. I especially liked how they revealed more about Megumi, and she actually had an heart condition, and because of the recovery time, she lost a lot of muscle in her body, so that's why she can't walk, but with the right therapy, she will be getting to it soon. Megumi really didn't end up in a wheelchair due to cheering, which makes sense when we think about it, I doubt she would want to be part of a cheering club if cheering was what made her not being able to walk. Anna admiting she wanted to keep Pompoms continue was cute, and reinforced the friendship that the girls are developing. Also liked how they started cheering for other people for their youtube videos too. The highlight of the episode for me was the ending, where we see Suzuha and Shion talk a bit more. I'm really curious if they are pushing some kind of romantic relationship between these 2, but I honestly don't think they will commit to that. Anyways, this episode in my opinion was a lot more enjoyable than the other ones, and it's the best one so far. It just felt more interesting to watch too. I wonder if they'll keep this up in the 2nd half of the anime! |
