I don't see how "I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in the Real World, Too" is shortened to "Iseleve". I used to call it "Cheat Skill".

where does "Iseleve" come from?

If I had to guess, from "Isekai" and "Level". The first words of the title and subtitle, respectively. Though, I didn't know it was called that.

I also don’t know, but the only way I can see is ISE from Isekai and LEVE from level, that is kind of a subtitle ( looking obviously from the original title).
This is only what I think.

There are at least three other Isekai that are called "Cheat Skill" or some shit like that, so that short form is the only part of entire series, where they actually had to be creative.

It’s because that’s how the Japanese title is shortened in Japan. The full Japanese title is as follows:

“Isekai de Cheat Skill wo Te ni Shita Ore wa, Genjitsu Sekai wo mo Musou Suru: Level up wa Jinsei wo Kaeta.”

The beginning word is “Isekai”. This is where the “ise” in “Iseleve” comes from.

Near the end of the title is the sentence “Level up wa Jinsei wo Kaeta.” The word “Level” here is the origin of the “leve” in “Iseleve.”

In case you are not familiar, Japanese titles get shortened like this all the time, often as four Japanese characters. The most well known of these is likely Konosuba (In Japanese: このすば). This is a shortening of the full title, the same way “Iseleve” is a shortened title.
